Well.....I thought I was done for a while...then I saw this on eBay with 14 minutes left and won it for $36!!!! This sold for $168 on ebay in September
It almost seems too good to be true.....I have paid double that for a sketch to be picked up and graded!!! Fingers crossed it actually shows up!!

So what's your home address? I'm not gonna rob you or anything. Just curious.
Seriously, you have all of my envy right now. FF is my favorite turtles artist & that piece is just spectacular. Congrats on not only getting it, but getting it so cheap.

Perhaps this is the universe's way of trying to make up for the 4 Donnies thing.

Wow great deal, congrats. Awesome piece of art. This still happens from time to time on ebay apparently. It all depends on who's watching..

Nice Fosco. Good score, great price.
I will have a few new pages in a few days. Going to wait for them all to show up before I post properly. Some true gems coming my way. Here is a little teaser for now... Have a good weekend all Spoiler:

No, was with my munchkin(daughter). Was thinking about it. After hearing the horror stories, I'm glad I passed... What they did to the fans was really messed up

Here is the apology:
http://www.bleedingcool.com/2014/11/...o-be-answered/ Basically: The venue held 9000 people max capacity. The promoters sold 20,000 tickets and were complete dicks about it. Supposedly the fire marshall closed the doors to all entry goers and were doing a 1 in for 1 out entry policy. Promoters were still selling tickets at this point. Here is the douchebaggery: http://www.bleedingcool.com/2014/11/...miconfail2014/

DUDE!!!!!! That's brutal!!! I was going to go, but never heard back from someone I was trying to get a piece from (you know who from BCC...still trying to get my favorite 2 characters from him).
I still can't believe that if the artists, or vendors went outside they weren't allowed back in. Unbelievable. The other crazy thing was the fact that people who bought the (I think) $200 VIP passes were stuck waiting in the normal line in the cold. Really sucks. |

Very Nice "Peaceful" page. Dig It! I see your Campbell and raise you some Lawesomeness... J/K
I'll scan and update tomorrow with better pics. Here's a healthy ration of City at War for now Different sources for some pages. Doing a pickup at 16 Market St. was pretty cool... good people 4 pages to go on a complete CAW set. chugga chugga chugga TMNT #51 Jim Lawson's/ Keith Aiken's first CAW page. This is a big page for me, WOO! TMNT #52 pg 15 Karai's first appearance!(top) / 20,21 Nice DPS 80% Full Duoshade sheet(bottom, not sure don't have the issue in front of me, but might be the first Lawson CAW DPS too... Nonetheless, I'm totally effing digging the huge Lawson wheel in the bottom left corner. Seven turtles, a nod to Chet, and a nod to Plastron Cafe doesn't hurt either) TMNT #54 pg 8(top) Compliments the 59 page I have very well/ 16(bottom) Let's give the girl a proper introduction...

Awesome pickups. I almost got that #1 page a while back myself but glad it ended up with you and you're terrific caw collection. And yes, those DPS are sooo sweet. I've sold alot of pages over the years, but my caw dps is one that I wish I had back. Congrats!
