Nic Cage is Spider-Man Noir SOLD. This looks better than Venom

This will be the best Spider-man movie but everyone will ignore it since it's not live action.

I'm looking forward to this. I read that the Spider-Man you see in this movie. Is the Tobey Maguire version. Just much older.
https://www.cbr.com/into-the-spider-...re-spider-man/ You can see some scenes in this trailer that pays homage to some of those scenes from his Spider-Man movies. |

They're just references, my evidence? The scene with Spider-Man stopping the train he has his mask on and he doesn't have it in the movie. This is actually in continuity with the MTV Spider-Man cartoon which was at first linked to the movies but then wasn't, but it still had most of the same things happen in that universe like in the movie.

The humor is a lot more childish in that trailer than I would have liked, but looks alright otherwise.

While I like Peni Parker (considering we only have two issues of her story) I would have liked Takuya better as a representative for a "japanese spiderman." I mean come on, Leopardon arguably the strongest robot created *because of production issues.*
Though don't care for Sp//der's redesign. I like his eva-esque better.

If you guys see Venom. Your treated to a Post Credit Scene. Which is actually a scene from Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. And the animation and action is really really good.

If I didn't know any better, I'd swear that several years ago, once Miles was "in play", the Powers-That-Be just kinda said "F*ck Peter Parker", or something.
It's clear that someone really doesn't care for him, and that someone has a lot of influence. I only keep up on these things casually, but for a few years now whenever I hear anything major about Peter, he's always eatin' sh*t. Wonder why?

I didn't even know about this movie until I saw a trailer at the theatre last week. It's looks good enough for me to go and check out at least.

And Peter didn't actually stay dead, but nobody reads past Miles' introduction to realise that. Peter's story should not be like that |
