Yet another small update....
Here is the 2009 Reprint BUT it's the misprint bought off our own MrPliggins. Second it's the last issue of tales I needed (I overlooked it in my collection). And next.. From Gem City Con a few weeks back is my Kevin Eastman convention sketch. He accidentally mailed it to MrPliggins so I had to wait a few weeks to get it but better late then never. I'm really pleased with my new Triceraton. I feel like I'm well rounded with the sketches I've gotten from Kevin over the last year and I wanted something different this time.

A little update... I've wanted the Mirage Portfolios for some time now and won them on Sunday. Having received them in the mail today I was quite happy and even more so when I saw the little "extra" the seller threw in. For those who don't know it is the Volume 2, Issue 13 misprint. The issue isn't the most rare or valuable but it was missing from my collection and my Volume 2 is now complete as well.
BIG question: the portfolios are still shrink wrapped. Should I open them? I just always expected to get them open so never thought I'd have to make this decision. By the way I enjoy using my TMNT blanket as a backdrop for images of new pieces I get. Additionally my one cat Zuul (brother is Vinz Clortho and yes, named after Ghostbusters) has grown increasingly fond of it. I continually find him wrapped in this blanket. It IS one of the most comfortable ones I own so I can't blame him hence his photo bomb.

I've had the 1989 portfolio for years, but I only recently got the 1992 version, and it was shrinked too. Wonder if we bought from the same seller?

Nice pickups..I'm not sure if you should open it or not. When I received my video game TMNT #1 reprint, it was shrink wrapped, and I decided to get another copy which was opened. However, with these shrink wrapped, you don't get to enjoy the beautiful prints! I'd probably open them.

Your collection is simply fantastic (I guess you never heard that before, right?)
What I really like is that your displaying room doesn't feel too overwhelming, at least in the photos. Congratulations for the hard work, very inspiring.

As I've gotten Raph, Splinter, Casey and Shredder from Kevin in the past in my items, I think asking for a Triceraton at SDCC on these sketch plates isn't a bad idea heh... something to consider for July.

Kevin charges $50 for his "tour sketches." Half the cost goes to charities so it's a great price and a win win - you get an awesome sketch and contribute to bettering someone's life.
Thanks for all the positive feedback again. Sure has taken a long time to obtain everything and display it so I'm thankful when it's appreciated. You should see my cats also... Sometimes they could pass as ninjas. They hide out behind furniture and plants and jump out on you when you least expect it.

Another day another update.i forgot to post these the other day but some more misc variants to add to the collection.
Sofistocat came through once again for me. Here we have the remaining city fall mask variants and all the toughs as well. Additionally the green foil annual, Treasury, and best of all Turtlemania. The rear signed by Eastman. Enjoy everyone and have a good weekend.

A very quick Memorial Day update. Things have been crazy with my wedding coming up, my grandfather (who seems to be doing better), and life in general. This stuff was purchased some time ago and I'm finally posting it now.
The fourth printing of Issue 1 and then 5 IDW books. Enjoy and look for some new updates in the future!
