I kind of thought her one-off was overrated. Then again, I've never cared for Stacy.
Still, good news for her fans, and at least we know she'll survive the Spider-Verse event |

Never heard of Spider-Gwen but it's a neat idea. At first I thought they retconned her death but I guess it's an alternate universe. Gwen didn't seem to care much for superheroes, especially Spider-man, so her becoming Spider-woman is a little hard to swallow. It might be some interesting reading though.

The first issue is out tommorow, but it leaked on Monday on 4chan.
...I really did'nt like it. Which I'm surprised at. I thought it was a little too dark, Gwen comes off as too dour and self-loathing, MJ is horribly off-point, the best thing about it is the Vulture. I thought Silk's debut issue last week was better, and I loath that character. |

Spider-Gwen is one of the best re-imagineings and costume designs since 2099, or the black suit. I love J Scott's covers, and everything about the concept.
So, if marvel was to do a movie...I know many people would want Emma Stone to reprise her role, buuuuuttttttttttttt...... What about Taylor Swift? I know almost nothing about her, other than the fact that she's apparently crazy, has a huge following, and is a billionaire, etc. But still, she'd make a great Gwen.

Three issues in now and...nah, I maintain the opinion this book still isn't doing much for me and is in strong need of an identity. I wish it was more like the current Batgirl comic. Latoure's a pretty humble and professional guy so I wish his book well, but I'm going to stick to story timing it on /co/ from this point forward rather than buy it until it does something that warrants my wallet.
