What did you think of Spider-Verse overall then?
I personally preferred it to Incredibles 2, which, while packed with a lot of fun, didn’t live up to the first Incredibles film or offer anything that fleshed out their world enough, for me. |

I felt it was highly overrated with a boring and cliche main character who is basically the comic relief with no real control of his powers for most of the movie until the last 5 minutes. I Personally found all the other alternate Spiderman-type characters much more interesting and would prefer movies for them. It is a shame that most of them didn't come in until much later. Plus the animation style got on my nerves and in some places just plain bothered my eyes. I have other nick picks as well but those are minor things.
As for the Incredibles 2 I felt it was almost as good as the first one and I had only a few issues with it. They made it too obvious who the villain would be, a little too much Jack Jack, and no super hero names yet for Violet and Dash. Despite this I enjoyed it more then any movie I saw last year...well for a long time really. |

Seeing it for a fifth time tonight. Can't remember if there's been a movie I've seen even four times in theatres before.
...okay, Phantom Menace, but I was a kid - cut me some slack |

My favorite animated film of last year along with Incredibles 2 and Wreck it Ralph 2 and Batman Gotham by Gaslight.
Very well written, likable characters, fine action, a sense of fun and fantastic animation. |

A huge sweep at the 2019 Annie Awards. It won every category it was nominated for.

Great news. I'm sure everyone has wish-list of characters they want to see in this movie, and mine are Miguel O'Hara (Spider-Man 2099) and Ben Reilly (Scarlet Spider). May Parker could also be cool.
Either that, or I'd like to see them tone down the focus to just Miles, Gwen, and maybe Peter. I love the first film, but maybe not as much as parts of the internet. I think it would have been better off without Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Ham, Penni Parker, even though I think those characters are cool. I tend to be a "less is more" type in general. Apparently, they almost had a version of the film where those characters weren't included and it was a tough creative decision. |

I watched it recently. Found its boring.
Also didn't like jerky animation on characters. I thought it was something with the framerate in the player, when I saw first few moments of the movie. |

Saw it a little while back on Netflix. It was OK. A little "busy," maybe, as I kind of figured.
