In the toon, leo did once :goofygri: in the episode leonardo lightens up, it was horrible.
I'm guessing mikey also liked to surf.

Same here, it was kinda obvious since he talked like that :lol: it was pretty darn annoying sometimes tho.
He even got a 'surfer mikey' action figure.
