In the toon, leo did once

in the episode leonardo lightens up, it was horrible.
I'm guessing mikey also liked to surf.

Same here, it was kinda obvious since he talked like that

it was pretty darn annoying sometimes tho.
He even got a 'surfer mikey' action figure.
