Hello, all! New guy here. :)

[I Challenge.]

Hello, everyone.

After browsing this forum on very random occasions for a couple of years now, I've finally decided to join up. This looks like a pretty cool place, and it's most CERTAINLY the best I've found on the internet for TMNT collectors and fans alike. I hope to learn a lot of interesting stuff and meet some cool people while I'm here!

A few random facts about my geekiness:

1.) The first two live-action films are my mainstay. I didn't grow up reading the comics, so I generally have stronger ties to the films/cartoons than the comic series. Whether that's a good or bad thing, I'll let you be the judge. :P

2.) Shredder. I ...like...Shredder. A lot. James Saito and Francois Chau for the win!

3.) I collect movie props sometimes, when it is convenient for me.

Thanks for reading, and I hope to hang around here for quite a while!

Cheers,

Ryan

Hello Ryan I'm NightwatchersOnlygirl the girlfriend of Nightwatcher

[nevermore]

Welcome! I have been here only a few days myself and learned a lot in that time. I never knew Steve Avery was Shredder's voice in the cartoon. I've watched both TMNT and Fresh Prince for many years without making that connection until now. :ohwell:

BTW, any TMNT props in your collection?

[Revan]

I never knew Steve Avery was Shredder's voice in the cartoon.

That one is news to me as well. :P

[Aelia]

Soop, I Challenge?

I'm Aelia, a member of no importance aside from my own delusions of grandeur.

I hope you enjoy your stay here at the Technodrome and suggest you try the mango smoothies.

[Jester]

Uh, James Avery, but yeah.

Welcome I Challange, I am Jester, resident goof ball and OT fan boy.

 Yeah, that is what I meant. Had baseball on my mind...Steve Avery was a pitcher for the Braves back in the 90s.

Ah ha! Now it makes sence. Sorry about that. Voice acting and actors are kinda my thing.

[I Challenge.]

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone!! :D It's much appreciated.

Hi, nevermore! Yeah, I've known about James Avery doing the cartoon voice of Shredder for a few years now, and I freaked out when I first heard it. haha! Oddly enough, it's just not a connection that is easily made.

To answer your question, just one prop so far. I may post about it soon. :tangel:

Cheers,

Ryan

Welcome to the Forum!

For those of you who don't know - Ryan and I go WAYYYYYYYYY.... WAYYYYYYY back from another forum so it's great to see another person I'm very familiar with here to debate topics with.

[Jester]

*Looks at the new avatar.* Ahhhh....Now the name makes sense. When I saw the picture I said in my mind, "I challenge!" then I went..."AH HA!"

Yo, Eric!! :D

I'm glad to have joined. I guess I'm finally giving in to my inner TMNT fan. hehe. I hope to see ya posting around here whenever you're not on instant messenger!

And Jester, sorry 'bout that. I figured earlier tonight that a corresponding avatar would help set the meaning of my screen name into place. :P

Thanks again for all the welcome posts, guys and gals!

Cheers,

Ryan

Hey I Challenge, welcome to the forums.

YES!!! XD!

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! Glad to see there are other fans of Shredder's total awesomeness in the first two films. He's almost a joke of himself in the second, but...those first few shots in the garbage dump, all the way up to his "......REVENGE.............." line is some incredible, movie 1-esque stuff. I just love that whole sequence to death.

Speaking of, I'll try to take some pictures tomorrow of my only screen-used (and even screen-matched) TMNT prop I've been able to collect so far.

Cheers,

Ryan

Howdy Challenge! I myself haven't been here too long, but I'm enjoying it and I'm sure you will too.

Quit teasing us about this prop and post, sir! Whaddya got? A head? A mutagen canister? A weapon? :D

I don't have any props (yet!) but I have filled my entire office with other collectibles, so if you wanna talk TMNT stuff, I'm always ready!

[I Challenge.]

Well, I finally posted pics of my TMNT prop. Anyone interested can check it out here:
