Hello, everyone.

After browsing this forum on very random occasions for a couple of years now, I've finally decided to join up. This looks like a pretty cool place, and it's most CERTAINLY the best I've found on the internet for TMNT collectors and fans alike. I hope to learn a lot of interesting stuff and meet some cool people while I'm here!

A few random facts about my geekiness:

1.) The first two live-action films are my mainstay. I didn't grow up reading the comics, so I generally have stronger ties to the films/cartoons than the comic series. Whether that's a good or bad thing, I'll let you be the judge.

2.) Shredder. I ...like...Shredder. A lot. James Saito and Francois Chau for the win!

3.) I collect movie props sometimes, when it is convenient for me.

Welcome! I have been here only a few days myself and learned a lot in that time. I never knew Steve Avery was Shredder's voice in the cartoon. I've watched both TMNT and Fresh Prince for many years without making that connection until now.

BTW, any TMNT props in your collection?

Yeah, that is what I meant. Had baseball on my mind...Steve Avery was a pitcher for the Braves back in the 90s.

Hi, nevermore! Yeah, I've known about James Avery doing the cartoon voice of Shredder for a few years now, and I freaked out when I first heard it. haha! Oddly enough, it's just not a connection that is easily made.

To answer your question, just one prop so far. I may post about it soon.

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! Glad to see there are other fans of Shredder's total awesomeness in the first two films. He's almost a joke of himself in the second, but...those first few shots in the garbage dump, all the way up to his "......REVENGE.............." line is some incredible, movie 1-esque stuff. I just love that whole sequence to death.

Speaking of, I'll try to take some pictures tomorrow of my only screen-used (and even screen-matched) TMNT prop I've been able to collect so far.

Quit teasing us about this prop and post, sir! Whaddya got? A head? A mutagen canister? A weapon?

I don't have any props (yet!) but I have filled my entire office with other collectibles, so if you wanna talk TMNT stuff, I'm always ready!
