Unfortunately, I don't get a chance to visit this forum very often, even though it looks like it's a fandom where I could *definitely* fit in...
Anyway, I've been doing a lot of TMNT projects lately, and I wanted to show them off somewhere (other than the Transformers newsgroups, heh).
My most recent ones include a cartoon version of Slash, the evil turtle from Dimension X. I totally redid the toy's face and gave him a new coat of paint to make him look more like he did in the show:

Next, we have a more show-accurate version of Metalhead. Again, I was trying to more closely match his cartoon appearance as seen in "The Making of Metalhead," so I got rid of some of the extra details and gave him a new coat of paint:

Then there's my cartoon version of General Traag. I got rid of all those creatures crawing over him and repainted him to mimic the colors the animators gave him in "Hot Rodding Teenagers from Dimension X." I'm very pleased with this one:

That's it for the recent stuff. A couple of months ago, though, I completed my most ambition TMNT project to date--constructing a completely new, much larger version of Leatherhead. This one is *not* based on the original toy, and looks much more like his cartoon incarnation. If you only visit one of my links today, please check this one:

I also came up with a new cloth costume for Usagi Yojimbo, since the toy didn't look anything like his appearance from "Usagi Yojimbo" and "Usagi Come Home." You can find it here:

Finally, for the Mirage Comics fans, I have a modified version of the Fugitoid toy, having gotten rid of all those doodads and things on him and giving him a new silver coat of paint to make him look like the comics version:

Any and all feedback would be appreciated, either here or by e-mail.
And, out of curiosity, are there *any* other TMNT customizers out there? I know this site has a Shredder custom in the Miscellaneous section, but other than that I don't immediately recall seeing any others. Surely I can't be the *only* TMNT fan who wants his toys to look like their show appearances...?
Well, anyway. I've got a few more TMNT customs online, too. I've posted links to them here before, but I don't think all the links were working properly. They *should* be now, though. Just go to my site and click the kitbashes link to get there:

Thanks for looking! (Feedback, people. Please. It really does mean a lot to me!)
