I have to say Bishop, since he was the turtles's most complex antagonist.
He was more of an anti villain than an actual villain in the 4Kids cartoon.

I would agree with Bishop.

I always found him interesting, because you were never completely certain what line he was walking or what action he would take.

I also liked Angel, even though she wasn't on the show very much.

I wanted to go with Bishop, but I love the Acient One. he makes me laugh even when he doesn't talk. :tlol: *Fart*

Ch'Rell. He seemed to always have a Plan B for anything and everything. He also showed quite clearly he was more powerful than even the Demon Shredder in Same as it Never Was and Turtles Forever.

I voted for Shredder. His story of how he ended up on earth in the first place was always interesting. I think his armor is pretty cool.

Definitely Ch'rell. I mean, he could pull off being an utrom and still be badass. He was a true force to be reckoned with.

Hun, because he's a real meanie, badass, and despite Karai, I think he was the only human enemy of the Turtles. Baxter was pretty much a cyborg, Bishop was somewhat superhumanclone, and with Karai they could reason with.

Looking through this list, I was surprised to realize that I didn't care for many of the OCs. I mostly liked seeing Mirage Universe characters reinterpreted. And Usagi's universe was always welcome.

Bishop, Hun, and Ultimate Daimyo were probably the best. The Ancient One was interesting but . . . weird.

I voted Bishop. I'd have liked to see what they would have done with him if the show hadn't gone....FAST FORWARD!!

EDIT: Heck, they pretty much forgot him in Back to the sewers, didn't they?

Yep. The only truly stand-out new characters were Ch'rell, Hun and Bishop.

I did like what they did with all the different factions of the Foot Clan, if that counts.

Yeah, didn't they pretty much take down the TMNT while they were feuding amongst themselves? Odd we never heard from them ever again.
