I'm also going to go with Agent Bishiop. He had style and alot of skill when he fought. What made him so cool is that on the surface he looks like a paper-pushing, uptight, glasses wearing, bureaucrat. He doesn't look particularly threatening on the ouside and the type of person to not get his hands dirty and have someone else body gaurd him. But then you cross him and he is an accomplished fighter and easily beats the crap out of seasoned fighters. Pure epic win!

No Shredder would've won that fight. Someone asked Peter Laird on his blog about this, and his answer was Utrom Shredder.

Also, I think the reason Bishop seems stronger than Shredder when fighting the Turtles, is because they're not used to his fighting style. They've fought Shredder plenty of times, and got used to his, but Bishop is an all-new enemy. Kinda like why they also couldn't beat Karai at first, even though she wasn't as strong as Shredder.

I always thought Bishop's greatest power and what I would have liked to have seen him use to take down Shredder is if the two were to go against one another was the fact Bishop could operate within full view of the public while pretty much no other character in the show could. Shredder has to stay to the shadows and maintain a public view of a rich business man.

Bishop wouldn't even have to take him on man on man, he could use the power of the Government and thrusting Saki into a unwanted spotlight to take him down. Doubtful for something they would ever do a kids show, but it's what made Bishop my favorite villain.

He was something we had never seen in Turtles before really and that made him so interesting.

Shredder is impressive for an alien piloting a robot but even he probably can't match Bishop in combat skill.

Shredder might be able to win the fight but not likely through combat skill alone.

Yeah, I got to go with Bishop -- I have to respect any character who can make a tie into a deadly weapon. Heh.

Nevertheless, I would have liked to see Bishop and Shredder face off. It would have been a great opportunity, especially given the various alien aspects between them (the former being affected by them, and the latter actually being one). Wonder why Laird and crew didn't go there. Also, I second what Fearless, as Bishop had government connection, which if he wanted to, could really put the screws to Saki. Sic the I.R.S. on him -- he probably couldn't survive the audits.

I'll probably give Karai second best, as she was a pretty competent fighter in her own right. She gave a great fight in City At War Pt. 2, which convinced me.

Oh, you're right, as I kinda forgot about their on-screen interaction in "Exodus." They didn't personally clash, though, in their defense, the battlefield was become quite full (Turtles, Splinter and Leatherhead in their battles, and all heck was breaking loose, etc).

Technically speaking, didn't Bishop fight a little against Demon or Tengu Shredder? If someone can jog my memory, I'd appreciate it.

I'm going to be counter-intuitive and say that The Shredder would beat Bishop, no matter what "Hun on the Run" shows. In fact, one of the things that I haven't seen brought up from that fight is that while Bishop is hugely impressive, once everyone joins the fray, he's never actually winning--just staying one step ahead, which can only take him so far. In fact, this is arguably why he decides to cut and run--he knew that the more he fought the worse his odds got--he wasn't making enough damage to actually beat them. And what's the Shredder's big advantage? Stamina. He can take a whole lot of punishment and keep on going, and eventually, that's what would give him the upper hand.

Definitely agree with this! I so badly wanted to see Bishop and Saki fight one on one. I've always loved the idea of villains fighting other villains.

The Rat King. Splinter and Bishop's DNA in one. The dude kicked the TMNT's and Casey's ass for like 10 minutes straight, with a shuriken in his damn shoulder half of the time. If he didn't start having flashbacks he would have kicked their asses some more.
Bishop in Hun on the Run was trying to get the hell out of there, just with a hell of a lot of style.

Another Bishop vote. Better fighting SKILLS than Saki, but Saki is way stronger and durable. Saki practiced only ninjuitsu, while Bishop probably is more MMA. Actual confrontation would be great.
