Does anyone think the animation looks better in some trailers than others?

During that trailer they released of the show a few weeks ago that show the Turtles battling the Foot in the alley, the animation seems really stiff and wooden. The Foot almost seem like place drops when they appear on the rooftops.

Yet you watch the, "Training battle" or "TMNT Vs. Kraang" trailers and the animation and fight scenes seem so much smoother and more detailed.

I also feel the animation in the recent, "Meet Raphael" trailer seems worse than the Leo or Don ones for some reason.

I assume everything they're showing is now 100% finished footage from the actual episodes, so they can't be outdated stuff they haven't completed yet.

I totally agree, but the animation IS better than I feared it would be so I ain't complaining!!!:twink:

I felt like the "Meet Raphael" trailer wasn't the best one because some of the scenes looked a bit off. Other than that, I enjoyed the animation in the other trailers. :)

Yeah, Rich M. stated during the panel at the con when they showed clips that what they were showing was early animation and nothing is finalized yet, so I would assume that nothing is "final" until we see an episode on 9/29.

I was thinking the same exact thing. In the new villains trailer it seems like the clip of Mikey and the Kraang is there, but with a different background. So maybe they're not 100% finished with each episodes but just putting out bit and pieces of completed scenes... Just a thought.

The animation did seem rather rough on the latest trailer. Hopefully it's from later episodes and will be improved upon when it comes out.

I just hate the "It looks like N64 graphics" people keep claiming on non-Turtle sites.

Funny you should bring up Reboot.Sonic the Hedgehog that aired on ABC back in 93-94,the first season didn't have a continuos story line like the 2nd season did.Also,the animation didn't look as crisp either.

Occasionally, the animation does look a bit stiff, but it's understandable given that it's an early version that we're seeing. It'll probably be improved by the time that the show airs.

That was epic! I also love when their eyes turned white!:tgrin: I guess it's because that other video was just early stuff.

The animation has definitely improved tremendously in the new version of the Kraang scene. Hopefully now the, "It looks like N64 graphics" on youtube finally die down.

While the new scene looks better I actually preferred the old clip better. The new scene does have some cool fighting in it but I miss the comic booky punching shots from the original clip. Also, the Mikey and Kraang bit from the original clip is way funnier than the new version.
