Great to hear, HerpDerp!
My guess is that "Never Say Xever" for directing will win and "I Think His Name is Baxter Stockman" will win for Storyboarding. Either that, or it's Riders of Berk. Still, I'm counting on Stockman.:tcool:
However, I don't see Whitman winning for April. Tom McGrath as Skipper is definitely one to bank on. His voice is iconic to the character. Now, if we were to have Jason Biggs as Leo or Rob Paulsen as Don, then I would vote for either one of them.:twink:

Cool. I'm surprised to see that The Gauntlet didn't get a nod for directing though.

I honestly don't think it can win any of those awards! Maybe Directing for Never say Xever but knowing them, Spongebob Squarepants will probably win everything.
Oh and The Legend of Korra got SNUBBED!

Korra got two nominations in other categories (check the link I posted for the full list).
Here's another link, which is easier to read (it's all on one page):

That's awesome that Turtles is getting a nod. I've never heard of an Annie before, but I expect it's similar to the Emmys, right? I hope they win in their categories, but even if they don't, at least they got a nomination and that's something.

Not as big as Emmys, but they're the major awards for animation - "animation's highest honor". :)

That's pretty interesting.
Though I doubt any of the episodes will end up winning anything, it's nice that the show is being recognized so early in its run.

Cool. I'm surprised to see that The Gauntlet didn't get a nod for directing though.
From what I understand, individual episodes are submitted for consideration. That way the organization doesn't have to analyze every episode of every show. I guess for whatever reason, they decided not to submit The Gauntlet, though that is definitely one of the better episodes so far!

It's up against some pretty tough competition! That episode of Adventure Time was a great one.

Sweet! Hopefully TMNT can win some awards here, though even just being nominated when they haven't even finished season one yet says a lot for how well it's being received I'd think.

Anyway Good job to the TMNT production team on these animations. Hope it gets at least one of these awards.

If one of the three win, I'll be pleased since the straight odds of winning are approximately 39%, so even if there isn't a win it won't be the end of the world, but kudos to Nickelodeon/Nielli/Whitman/Chang. I really love the storyboarding in this series since episode plots are well thought out and lead to great scenes, and is the one I hope wins. Ciero Nielli could have been nominated for any episode, but Never Say Xever is a good choice. Mae Whitman as April is a nice surprised since many still feel that Veronica Taylor's April is superior and never got nominated for such an award. But this honor is quite an accomplishment given that the 4kids series never got nominated for anything.

Get off spongebobs dick.
I don't think he was supporting him. He's just saying Spongebob is overall more popular and has more chances to win. I don't know. The TMNT have some very stiff competition in all of their categories.

They sure liked Dragons: Riders of Berk this year. :P
I'm sure TMNT will get nominated for something next year, it's not like they'll never get another chance.

I think this is the first time the Avatar Series didn't win anything....Wow :( and this time they actually deserved it. I'm ok with TMNT not winning, they're just starting out but LOK? wtf

Well, that sucks that TMNT didn't get a win, but at least they got nominated, and there's always next year. Still, it's pretty cool that they got nominated before the season has even finished. That's a great achievement.

Honestly, I'm disappointed. Dragons of Berk is sometimes boring. I can't worry if that will put the TMNT in danger because certain shows I've liked that didn't win anything still stayed on successfully.
On the positive note, I'm glad Wreck-It Ralph won instead of Brave.

Yeah, How To Train Your Dragon is an awesome movie but the show is just bland.

Korra is so beautifully animated...wtf?
Although I've never been a huge fan of 3d animation (particularly on tv due to budget constraints), I can absolutely recognize the amount of work to produce the fantastic animation on tmnt, very subtle and constrained at times, and flamboyant when necessary. Kudos!
