Snowturtles - TMNT Snowsculptures

Hi,

This is our entry for the snowman competition we have here in Winnipeg, Canada, this year 2004.

Just hoping to share with all of the TMNT fans out there.

It took us about 1 month to complete, working on it on and off.

3 to 4 hours to create each tower of snow.

6 hours to carve all of the turtles.

3 to 4 hours to paint all of the turtles (food coloring and water mixture).

3 to 4 hours to create weapons & bandanas.

2 to 3 hours to place all of the accessories on (weapons and bandanas) & final details and touchups.

We were actually planning on making Shredder, but we ran out of time. We were going to have Shredder directly across the street on our neighbour's lawn, so it looked like they were going to rumble. Oh well.

Nice. Raphael looks much smaller than the other turtles though. It kind of looks like he's doing the hulk hogan flex. :eyemouth: You definitley are dedicated TMNT fans.
