Uh in the original Mirage comics I think he was named Splinter by Hamato Yoshi

In the old toon he actually is Hamato Yoshi, but 'we named him Splinter for obvious reasons' (so the narration says I think)

Splinter in Mirage, Image, and the new cartoon is and always was Splinter. Splinter in the old cartoon and Archie, was Hamato Yoshi.

Points and mangoes for the one who can get the translation! but yeah, we figured that Shen liked to used a cute silly name when she cuddled Splinter... :D

So what, dya gotta go visit Steve Irwin just to get a reptile for a pet? :D

Here you can go to PetCo,PetSmart or where ever and get all kinds of critters. Depending on the state, some pets are illegal. You can't get ferrets in California but who's gonna stop you from bringing one over from Arizona?

Even thought it's tempting to buy from stores, I'm going to try not to.
I'm planning on building an outside pen for my painted wood turtle and a pond for my son's turtle and take in rescues. Plus I want to try and make more Rhinoclemmys. Well, maybe I dunno. I'd be keeping any babies if anything happened.
