I am not. I mean, I sure it would be nice to know what is the deal with April but honestly I think downplaying her psychic abilities keeps her from being a mary sue.

Awesome episode. Loved seeing Casey fight Foot robots and the April/Karai fight. Also loved seeing Donnie take down Karai himself because he means business when his friend is threatened. Loved Mikey's shadow puppet skills and the sign that said "Cowabunga!" on it. That was awesome. Also loved how there was a lot of stabbing in this episode and how Don used his naginata to stab the Foot bots. Mikey using the Kraang blaster was hilarious, though he should have used it on the Kraang themselves. I loved Chrome Dome, too, and while I agree that it was kind of lazy to use Bradford's outfit, I still liked that they used it. I'm also glad April forgave the Turtles and has patched things up between them. Can't wait to see Slash next week.

And I'm not bothering with quotes anymore because half the time, I mess them up.

One thing I hated was Karai fighting skills, it is like she went from master in S1 to rookie in S2.

Maybe she works for the government with Bishop

I was quite surprised that Donnie held his own against Karai! Loved Casey in this episode as well, did not care for him at all in the last one so I guess he's growing on me. Can't wait to see how he interacts with the turtles!!

Her attacks are fueled by her anger and her desire to avenge her mother. As often the case a person who fights in anger does not win.

She hates Splinter because she believes he killed her mother.

She is angry with the Turtles (particularly because Leo betrayed her by allow the attempt on her fathers life.)

And strongly dislikes April because this seemingly random human girl is at the center of everything. The Kraang want her because she fits in their plans for some unknown purpose. She is protected by the Turtles, and is also being trained as a Kunoichi by Splinter.

In the future, I think Casey will learn of Timothy's background, and will try to connect it to his own.

I'm really sorry, Kevin G. I shouldn't have dragged my argument for so long. However, I am still convinced that Nick has something to do with both Casey's & Timothy's backgrounds.

There might be room for mods and upgrades to make Chrome Dome look cooler.

So is Casey's mad hockey skills as skilled as the turtles the reason why he was able to take on all those foot soldier bots with somewhat ease? Or was this new batch of bots kinda...dumb?

Exactly. She's unstable right now. Her first plan to capture the turtles failed, now her second plan to kill April is failing. In season 1 when she fought she was calm and collected. Here she's angry and raging.

She's jealous of April because April is the center of everything right now. The turtles that she hates protect her, the kraang that are a threat want her, and the person she believed killed her mother is training her.

I also think her retreating in this episode was a big deal. In all the past episodes I can think of, she never retreated because she lost. She would leave when things went here way (snake weed Attacking turtles, releasing justin) or when she had something else to do (save shredder in the ocean). Even in the last karai episode she never retreated, she was left laying there. But now she by definition, retreated. I think that is showing just how unstable she is, that she's taking big risks and when something goes wrong she gives up on it

I don't know about you guys, but I'd like to see the Shredder' s search in Japan. We're almost a quarter into the season, and we've barely seen him at all in it.

Probably costs too much to make all new Japanese backgrounds.

Still, it would he nice if we got to see more of the show' s PRIMARILY VILLIAN. Even if new animation backgrounds are expensive, I'm sure there's some way to see more of him.

I can imagine Japan looking exactly like NYC with some random kanji drawn here and there, and the same blonde woman and guy with the cat walking around. Maybe a human nonXever and Murakami too.

i'm actually hoping they make a mini shredder story of how he got the new mutants and stuff.

I'd also like to see more Shredder this season. Hope he gets back from Japan soon! He really doesn't get that much screen time in this show, does he? It makes his character all the more interesting though.
