Well, she does forgive them, so it's not played out that long at all.

I think that will be for and episode where Donnie and April are hanging together with Casey. After all if you look carefully at Kirby Bat while Mikey is explaining that everything is their fault you can see Kirby Bat processing and understanding what is being said.
April may have forgiven the Turtles, but Kirby Bat hasn't and even if Donnie does manage to restore Kirby to a human...he won't be happy about April's friendship with the Turtles. |

I also wonder if Kirby is restored to human form, will he be a villain or at least try to still harm the turtles in some way. Like you said, he will probably not be happy with April still being friends with the turtles. |
I don't think Kirby will be a straight up villain if he gets restored. He may hold some anger for a bit, but I'm sure April would convince him that it was an accident and leave it at that. We'll just have to see how things play out.

Wow, never realized that he was processing everything that was said! So I guess it's possible for him to be more intelligent than the writers are leading us to believe? Sure his mind might be a bit warped right now, but the intelligence bit would make for an interesting twist. And we've seen some awesome plot twists in this show so far.

And I thought Mikey and Pulverizer were the most obnoxious and unlikable characters in the show. Nope - here comes Casey Jones!! Damn.
Well, Mikey sometimes has his good moments, when I don't feel like I want to punch him in the mouth. Pulverizer gladly was removed, but it seems now I need to tolerate this new mr. Douche McArogance. Oh, well... Otherwise episode was somewhat fillerish. Mutagen Man was ugly, but I liked his voice gimmick. I wonder how many mutagen canisters he had drunk? |
