He was Dash's teacher from The Incredibles.

Hahaha
To me I think Bernie could work for Casey's dad (or grandpa) they really do look alike. Same eyes, missing teeth, black hair. Idk just a thought.

Yeah, the Beavers didn't seem that bad once they got to the real world. I'd love to get plushies of them for sure.

ICK is a very marketable character that I would love to buy merch of. And none exists.

"Maybe" is what I've heard most recently.

Are you even from this planet? That's an old saying. Used to say it during Hide & Seek. Heard it in old golden era cartoons too.

I have never ever heard of that either.

Well that's most surely true. If those two ever shared a bunk bed I could too easily see one of them on the bottom using their feet to tip the mattress and dump the other out of bed.

As for Leo and Raph, well... while Raph has been very good with Leo for the time they've been out of NYC, sooner or later they're probably bound to go back to their old headbutting ways, so I question how long two opposing forces could stand to share a room like that. Maybe they'll be good until they're back home, but who knows.

Well, I will say this, with Splinter out of the picture for the time being, Raph has been very calm. I often wonder if it is Splinter that fuels his rage, in that, no matter what Raphael does, Splinter never seems to acknowledge what he does good, he only acknowledges his faults, while at the same time, rewarding Leo when he does something good. After a while, that has to grate on a kid's mental state eventually.

I just watched this episode last night and as a fan service lover, I must head it totally blew my head off! It was quite scary too. I would love to see plushies of the beavers!

ssjup81 11-30-2014 08:55 PM

I want some Dream Beaver plushies! I'd want one of Dave.

OMG, what if it was a pull-string type set up.

"I'm appposed to scare you." Pulling a cubed here, but, was I the only one who really really like how that line was delivered? It just cracks me up. I have no idea why, either. lol

Anybody wish they would have went with the original "terror bears"

That's what I came to post - this is probably the closest we'll ever get to the terror bears. Though I wish they had used them.

I would completely even buy those as wacky gifts for a few non-fans.

BubblyShell22 12-02-2014 06:45 AM

Yeah, a pull string type would be awesome.

Why would it remind anyone of that?

The voice of the general store owner was Bill Moseley and the chainsaw had The Saw Is Family on the blade.

A reference to Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2.

This.

I was thinking Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 when I saw the chainsaw blade. I also started thinking of Dennis Hopper's character from the movie. "BRING IT ALL DOWN!!" XD

This episode was crazy, scary dream beavers acting like Freddy Kreuger. Mikey's happy candy land dream cracked me up, as well as "Shut up, Dave!" :tlol:

I'm sure this has been mentioned many times already, but season 3 is totally squeezing in as many horror movie references as possible...and i love it! :tgrin:

So this episode was pretty amusing. And did anyone else think of Daveatello when they said shut up Dave  .
Anyway it wasn't fantastic, but it was amusing as hell, with little nods here and there to Turtle Dreams, and the Nightmare on elm street movies.

OK so I just saw that he was banned and umm.... damn I've been outta the loop for a while.

Despite my dislike for the "nightmare tribute stories" segment, I liked this episode. Probably because I always liked surrealistic stuff. Favorite moments: Turtles in the comic book dream and "You see them too?".

Directorship was excellent in this episode and nightmares have been done very well.
