VH1 doesn't think highly of "Turtle Power" song...
 

Months ago on VH1 in the Uk, they had a top 100 chart of the worst number 1's ever in the UK music charts.

Did you know "Turtle Power" was in 6th place? :-?

That's pretty harsh, because i seen songs on that chart much more annoying and worser than Turtle Power.

Or is it because i'm a TMNT fan showing too much favouritism?

Dumb VH1.

I go to this club where they do karaoke, and I always do that song everytime I go, and it always gets a good response. Of course I always rearrange that one part so it says Leonardo is the leader of the group, because the original says Raphael was, and that just doesn't fly with me.

You know, now that you mention it, i cant even recall ever really seeing an actual video on vh1...maybe 1 or 2 but im not sure...mtv does play quite a bit more than vh1...not all that much, esp like they used to , but still more than vh1..

I don't have VH1, but I agree that MTV shows barely any music anymore. It's all junk like "Dirty Sanchez", "Jackass", "Wildboyz" and other rubbish like that. They say people who watch cartoons are immature, but I think these programmes are far more immature than TMNT!

Not surprising since they've blasted the furry community. Saying they are deviants. :roll: And are probably the reason everybody thinks furries are freaks and homosexuals.

You know, I'd have to agree with VH1, that song is damn corny.

I didn't say that all TMNT fans are furries. I just used it as an example of how bad MTV can be in terms of insulting people and groups. But anyways I don't want to promote this topic. So I'll drop it now.

Well the part of the song where it said "T-u-r-t-l-e power"was ok.I liked the song a little bit.At least it didn't turn out like Ninja Rap. :x

The only thing I don't like about that song is the part that goes "Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Donatello make up the team with one other fellow, Raphael. He's the leader of the group. Transformed from the norm by the nuclear goop" The song misinforms people. Raphael? Leader? That's just plain nonsense. :lol: Leonardo is clearly the leader. Apparently the Partners in Kryme had no prior knowledge of the TMNT when they made the song. :lol: :P And yes, I can recite the song word for word.

That song is genius, what is everyone on? It's what used to make me all hyped up after tmnt ended, you're like oooh I didn't want it to end, but then you get that awesome 90's rap going and you're like hell yeah i wanna be a fuggin turtle!
