Your Desktop

I'm thinking (hoping) nobody started this yet. So here it goes:

Here's my new, and current desktop.

Here's mine:

My current one isn't working, so I'll post an old one. <.<

Here's mine. Had to shrink it so it wouldn't go flip nuts on the board, since I use the highest resolution for my video card (which is like 2000x1500 or something that large).

My whole desktop isn't too interesting so I'm only showing you the interesting part. And man does it pique (and peak ;) :P ) my interest

Man that is a hot pic.

Here's mine:

Found it in a "Movie Crossover" photoshop thread and I had to have it. My screenshot is compressed a fair bit from the original, so naturally, the quality sucks.

I wish my task bar kicked as much ass as Ai's.

Oh, you can steal it from me if you want. IM me later and I'll give you the details.

That pic's just centered on the desktop, with an off white background.

And, btw, The Pillows own your pathetic souls :D.

mine is just a picture of Mt. Rainier.

Just changed my desktop yesterday.

Whoa, Peanut, what is that thing at the upper right of your screen? And where do I get it?

That's just Windows Media Player with an Alienware skin on it. I can't remember where I got it, but you can probably download it straight off the Alienware website. It's such an awesome skin, I love it.

I've had this picture for my desktop for months now.

For everyone interested. Get the skin here

That's a beautiful desktop, KROW!

I can think of one other person who may have that image aswell... ;)

I've had this desktop for a while...

I just love it. It's like looking out a window at a beautiful sight every time. :)

Aww... Krow that picture is sooooo sweet. :tlove:

I got a picture on mine that's a theory of what Mars could have looked like millions of years ago (yeah, I'm a REAL bad geek). Nice Oceanscape... :D

Thank you, Machi. :)

That just could be the same person who gave it to me. ;)

Nope. That was done by an artist by the name of Goldenwolf. She's fantastic. Ryo didn't give it to me, but another member here did. ;)

pretty plain huh? Not only is it plain, but sorta messy also.

Man, what systems and resolutions are you people running on? I see 640x480 (I thought you couldn't even set your computer to that anymore) and some of you don't even have an office version.

I hereby announce that I am honestly stunned by some of your computers.

I run Windows XP Home with a modified taskbar using StyleXP. I hate having icons on my desktop, so I use the Quick Launch bar, instead. My resolution is HUGE. As I mentioned in my post, it's something like 2500x2000. I really had to shrink it just to get it on the boards.

Windows 2000 Professional, Office XP, NVIdia GeForce ti 4400 at 1280x1024.

What the hell kind of Graphic card do you have? 256 MB?

i use 800x600

GeForce 6800GT. Yeah, it's 256mb.

Basically that with the word "Nightwish" written in the lower-right in large Blackadder font. I'm too lazy to screenshot so I just pasted the URL of the original URL I got it from.

Pleast don't necro post.

What the heck? This isn't THAT old.

A month? If you say so, then.

Bumping threads that are a month or two old isn't a problem, but when they get to be three or more months old, I'd say that's pushing it.

Back on topic: Here's my current desktop. Click on the thumbnail for the full version.

Seems like absolutely everyone loves Samurai Champloo.
Oh, I forgot to post my desktop.

Ohhhh, Krang's a programmer. :D

And Bleach! Is that anime any good? I was thinking of downloading it just for the hell of it.

It's your typical fight Shonen-Manga/Anime. Not really original but very fun and entertaining to watch.

I do really like Bleach. It has this odd setting. I mean, how many Shinigamis do you know. I say: Go for it.
