In the Northern Hemisphere, at least.

Now for people like Nickokapo who live in the Southern Hemisphere, it'll be SUMMMER at that time. :D :D :D

Karpo_007 11-27-2002 09:00 AM

In here February is the coldest month.

Jephael 11-27-2002 10:29 AM

For us here in US, June 21st is the first day of summer, Septermber 21 is the first day of fall and December 21 is the first day of winter. Then we have Groundhog Day to determine when it'll be spring.

Tokka-B 11-27-2002 11:08 AM

Not true, but I don't want to start an argument over a senseless topic..

heretic888 11-27-2002 11:29 AM

REGARDLESS!!........ the release date is still Feb 8.

Tokka-B 11-27-2002 11:51 AM

Over the coming months we'll be presenting artwork (and other cool stuff) from the upcoming TMNT cartoon by 4Kids Entertainment and Dong Woo Animation that will debut on Fox in February of 2003!

There are more days in February than the 8th, genius

Karpo_007 11-27-2002 12:34 PM

That was just a superstition, now the only reason we have it is out of tradition, but I doubt anybody really takes it seriously nowadays.

GreenWillow 11-28-2002 12:55 PM

~"GroundHog Day" was originally Imbolc, a celebration to encourage the Light to come back. Lots of candles involved, it was later Christianized and called Candlemas. The first day of Spring is on the vernal equinox, March 21st in the Northern hemisphere and September 22nd in the Southern hemisphere-- and reversed of course for the first day of Fall. It's the same all over, you guys. Summer Solstice in the North is Winter Solstice in the Southern hemisphere. Same days, just the opposite season. We're all on the same planet, kids....

*Shakes head in amusement and smiles to himself*

Now you know why GreenWillow is the mythical and all-knowing fairy that she is. What would we do without her? :-?

"What'd he say?"
"He said he's smart."

~Oh yeah, every organization needs to have that one person who Knows Everything. The problems arise when there are *two* people who Know Everything....
