Mikey looks like he's dark green...but that's ok, i'm used to that, i had a donnie action figure and he was kinda brown :P

Don the Herm figs are usually brown

mikey looks fine

if you look at the series 1 figures, you can see that
mikey has a darker green,
raph is a lighter green,
don is a brownish grey,
and leo is just green

:D yeah they're kinda like the action figures...i'm just not used to seeing em like that in the toon but i'll get used to it :)

Yea... Mike's skin color stands out more than the others. I can tell that they're all different shades of green, but he seems to really stick out. :roll:

Mike also looks bigger than everyone else in that picture.

(BTW, I don't know if the person who started this list meant "wired" or "wierd", I voted yes because I do think he looks like he's a had a bit much caffeine.)

Yeah Mike looks too crazy. All the other profiles are pretty much original, but True Mike is not a "Party dude". He is open minded and artistic but the new Mike looks too crazy. Hopefully it's only the looks.

Please god be kind to Mikey and his adventures in the futures.

Yeah, but in that pic Mikey is the only one who's actually standing up straight. The others have their heads somewhat lowered, especially Raph who looks ready to pop. :P

I agree with Karpo. Mike looks a little too much like his old cartoon personality. Hopefully, they will make him more like his 'true' comic self.

I don't think his color looks bad though. Maybe that's your monitor setting making him look more blue than green. :wink:

If the latest pic is to scale and Michelangelo is bigger then the rest, then Raphael would be the shortest. I hope he doesnt develop "penis-envy" and have a total hissyfit because he's trying to be taller then he actually is.

Yeah. well thos are just scketches. I doubt they will totally change his character.

You know, Michaelangelo was pretty tame in the Archie comics, and he even went through some trauma that made him mature somewhat (i.e. the whole "Blindsight" plot) so I'm hoping they go with that personality in the new show.

blindsight was a wicked cool story arch. i loved it later on when mike, who was blind, dove in the ocean to help save the doctor who was torturing him minutes before. thats balls.

to bad we never really say much of him after that, just what 4 or 5 comics in that time with him having role, and they were mostly Raph and Ninjara, or am I forgeting some

Yes!!! I love that arc. I actually have it here with me. I SO want to get the issues where he first got blinded. I STILL cry when i see all the torture he went through, and being BLIND to boot...no one deserves to go through that. :cry:

Oh yeah.. Blindsight is also a good one. One of my first good Archies I picked up (even though I have maaaaany more archies to get).

Never really sure how Year of the Turtle fit in to the series. Always kinda figured it was a stand alone with no real bearing on the what Archie had done before it. I mean they never explained how Shredder got back or where his hench people came from

Made me sad that they never really finished it either....the last i saw of it was when Splinter (in his human form) wsas telling the remutated (and young-minded) Michelangelo the story of what had happened, and then went out to talk to the others, and showed them his arms that were slowly turning back to the former Rat form.... :(
