And how the hell are they gettin oxygen out of those suits ?? I can dig the gravity thing, but the oxygen ? And man does that animation sucks big time. What have they done ? ( yeah I know, they turned it into a real kid show...) the colors are so flashy and the animation is really... Not even Winx Club had colors like that ! :x Oh, wait no, they had that bright kiddie colors... So, lets all wake up saturday and watch TMNT Club ! Yay ! P.S. I'm trying to like this guys, I really do... *sigh* |

Ok... those clips showed several things:
1: Cody Jones is super rich 2: The world has so many different environments that the turtles have to wear that armour to survive and they come with handy dandy universal translators. 3: Serling sounds like Baxter 4: Jammerhead and his lackies are uh...ghost thingies... |
they weren't ghosts, they had 'transparent' coats, however splinter noticed so he waited for them to touch him so he knew what he was able to actually grab.

Im gonna give it a fair shot still..after I see this Saturday's airing of the first FF ep.
But so far...it's okay, not spectacular. They don't have GREEN eyes....they're BROWN. their Shells look too round, they're not boxies, they're pond sliders! And the green line dividing the scutes look eh..weird. There's some shots in there where the plastron doesnt go up their butt...there's an ass shot of Raph! HAHAH!! And it doesnt go up his butt, he needs a tail there. Totally... The style is totally different...I like the artwork of the previous eps, they just look better before. At least no voices were changed. I can take the reasons for the new outfits, but yeah...oxygen? where's the tubes? It's like, they just HAD the outfits perfectly fit them too... Oh well, we shall see saturday... |
No one noticed the modification in Raph's voice? Either Frank Frankson had a cold during the sessions or the Voice Director told him to be throaty ALL THE TIME because it was more cartoony. :roll: But, this can't be as lame as NT:TNM because it isn't live action. Bad special effects are a lot more forgivable in animation. If the creative team was really trying to sell-out on us, they would have made this a puppet show. But, I still have "What's New, Scooby-Doo?" playing through my head every time I listen to the theme.
