Yes sleep my little Maxx, I know I need to after drawing this. I spent 2 days almost stright drawing it alone, that doesn;t count coloring it and adding a backround. If you read the comic this is from The Maxx's twisted dream. So I made the stripes on the couch all twisted and the backround is orange clouds, I don't know if anyone will get that. Anyways I spent alota time on this thing so I hope you guys like it. I'm very pleased with how it turned out!

Good work on that Spit. Although in my opinion, your Hellsing beat it, its still one cool drawing though. We can clearly see that you passed alot of time on it.

The only thing though, is that I find it bit confusing. I had to look twice to see that he was in a feotal position... The brown pillow kinda confused me for a moment there.

But nonetheless, its one great piece of art. Do you have a link to Sam Keith's version of the pic ?

I sadly don't have a link to it. I just popped it open next to me and drew from that*Like I do with most things* If my digital camera had batteries I could have taken a picutre but it doesn't and my scanner isn't hooked up so I can't scan it either.

My main goal now in drawing this kinda stuff is blowing up a smaller picture. That and trying to change and add as much of my own stuff as I can while still retaining the originial goal of the picture.

You see what I mean ! :lol: Now that you say it, yeah it looks like shoes... But man at first, I wasn't too sure of what it was :D

Yeah I understand what you mean. I also did that some years ago, I was reproducing game boy cartridges pictures who were maybe 2 x 2 inches and I was putting it on 8 x 11 inches sheet. Best way to practice, although its a bit hard for the eyes...


Yeah those are shoes man... Its just that they are all the same color, so I taught that it was another pillow.. That maxx is one hell of a character...

The only thing Sam Kieth does well is The Maxx. Other than that, he blows. This makes me proud to have my Maxx action figure on my desk.

Well yeah for this one, we'll go the easy way. Of course you will have to adjust alot of the colors. I was not feeling too, comic bookish yesterday so yeah...

Remember though, I want this an original wallpaper ! I want you to use every last bit of creativity you have to create something original and good ! :D
