Is it OK to post renderings?

Masked Ninja 09-12-2006 02:23 AM

HeckYES it is! Those look pretty cool - how long did it take you to model the sword? It's a pretty good likeness. Only thing I can pick out to critique (aside from textures) is the fact that the Utrom on the end looks upside down in your model.

O_O That is glorious! :o Nice job! It's a shame that they don't show the Sword of Tengu anymore... what DID happen to the sword anyway? *shrugs* Nice job, all the same. Lovely work!

Fang Wolf 09-12-2006 03:41 AM

That is glorious! Good Job with Sword....It's very beautiful!

2 hours. I had problems with the lighting and it took me some time.

Yayyy! ThunderCats!!! The only thing I can see with these is that the enamel (or whatever) on the hilt of the Sword of Omens is more of a blue gray. I know it looks red in those shots, but that's because of the lighting.

See?

cowabunga14 09-12-2006 07:57 PM

Yeah, dude...your renderings are all pretty freakin' awesome! I can tell that you really got the colors and style down for this artwork of yours, which is a good thing. :)

That Fugitoid is pretty dang cool - and since he's robotic it looks a lot better in 3D. Excellent work, dude. :tpizza:

KonstantinosK 09-17-2006 01:43 AM

I JUST made it!

Thank you Masked Ninja! :)

Kaneda 09-17-2006 07:09 PM

Draconic 09-22-2006 07:38 AM

Hey dude, that is awsome!

Are you taking classes? What program are you using?

I'm about to take a 3D modeling class, and am pretty psyched about it.

Masked Ninja 09-22-2006 09:49 AM

Hoho, that's cool!

One day I might make cool things in 3D. For now I'll keep trying to make the teapot I'm doing for class look right. :D

Awesome Shredder, dude.

Katie 09-22-2006 09:49 AM

oooh! awesome Shredder! and the fugitoid is soooo cool too!!! :D

Lady Venus 09-22-2006 03:55 PM

Kon, great work.

cowabunga14 09-22-2006 06:55 PM

Shredder's lookin' incredible! The shiny armor/reflection effect you used is really cool.
