Possible New Trailer Debut on TV
Just quickly popping in to pass along that I've heard that they are going to do a tv debut of the new trailer today (thursday the 7th) on G4 channel's "Attack of the Show" at 7pmEST/4pmPST.
...for those of you with triple digit cable and forty different variations of cinemax channels. |
No chance of anything been aired in the UK then?
|
It's times like this I wish my provider didn't get sucky reception on G4... That'll ruin the experience. :(
|
That is Awesome cause I just got G4!
|
*sigh* No G4 for me meaning I'll have to wait a bit longer for the trailer.

This is perfect, I was planning on watching AOTS today anyway. |
Isn't "Attack of the Show" posted online? Am I hallucinating or do I remember seeing a Kevin Eastman interview that way?
Thanks for the headsup, Kevin! |
I checked on my cables guide and I found it and I programed my cable box to tape it. I love having a DVR.

I ran into the other room and turned on "Attack of the Show" (I love that show!) and HOLY PIZZA I saw the trailer!
All the voices sounded good. Donnie kinda sounded like his 2003 toon counterpart...Mikey sounded like Wayne Grayson's Michaelangelo at some points, and then more like Robbie Rist's Michaelangelo in other parts. Raph and Leo sounded good too (they all sound like teenagers!!!!) The trailer was a little light for my tastes...but it didn't disappoint. I can't wait to see this movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
Crud, I think I missed it. Do they repeat Attack of the Show later in the night?
|
I think it's gonna be on again (same ep) at 9pm tomorrow night...not too sure though...
I can add this though, the trailer was shown within the last 5 minutes of the show. |

That trailer was good. I can't wait for the movie to come out in 105 days. |
YES! Attack of the Show is just starting right now, so I didn't miss it. I'll see if I can get it recorded!!
|
Dang! I missed it! I think they repeat this episode at 9:00AM (at least where I live) the next day though.
|
I don't watch much TV anymore cuz of school and stuff, but I did watch the trailer off of a link that someone provided me. Anyone think I should share the link with y'all?
|
pretty please....I have no access to the one on TV
|
Dude, it's not even cool to purposely withhold information.
The link has already been posted, but here it is again: http://www.mtv.com/movies/movie/284385/trailers.jhtml |
Thank you but the same dreaded black screen...I had to download Firefox to get it.
|
It's all Flash, so I'd make sure you have the newest version.

Mikey and Leo definitely sound like their motion picture counterparts, and Don sounds more like the 2k3 cartoon, but I couldn't hear Raph clear enough. What does he sound like? |
ARGH!! I missed it.... I didn't see this post till now....darnit....Now I have G4 but I don't ever watch the channel so I have no way of knowing when Attack of the Show is on. But I checked and it's on at 4pm my time... the next showing is 6am tomarrow.... Looks like Im gonna be getting up early tomarrow....

Dude!! OMG! I saw it!!! The voices were nice. Don's voice sounds familiar tho.
Raph had the same reaction I did to the Jersey Devil...that it was cute. Mikey: "Did anybody get the liscense plate of the thing that hit us last night?" *looks over at Don* "It looked like your mom, Dude!" Don: "Uh yea...that would make it your mom too, doofus.." Oh and on the MTV site you can enlarge the trailor so that it's practically full screen. That's what I did. Casey talks in the trailor BTW... he goes "Hey!" while Raph is fighting the Jersey Devil in either April or Casey's apartment. |
OH.
MY. GOD. HUZZAH!! My biggest worry, gone! When someone said Donnie sounded like 2K3 Don, my heart started beating quickly... And now, it's confirmed... The VOICES!! YES!!!! I am officially excited for this movie now. I cannot even TELL you how excited I am. The voices... THE. VOICES!!!!!!!! *falls over in bliss* ...that, and Don already did more in the trailer than in Movie 1. He actually has a part. *weeps happily* Color me exctatic!! Quote:

This movie looks awesome. The action looks great, the voices sound great (although I can't really tell Leo and Don apart yet), and the setting looks marvelous.
Specific things: I don't know where to start. Everything. Everything is good. Almost any combo of Raph and a motorcyle is double-plus-good! The guys' personalities reminded me much of my brothers, when they were that age. That's a good thing. I think. :) I think I'll be rolling my eyes several more times. April didn't feel like April to me, but I've always had trouble with Movie April. S'ok, I'll warm. Case and Splinter looked fabulous. I know Karai was in there, but my eyes are not quick enough to catch her. hmmm... one exception to the goodness for me: All people riding in aircraft wheel-wells in the movies annoy me. Even when it's Leo. Sorry, Leo, I know you have special turtle-powers. Most people who try that are found dead, or nearly dead, upon landing, and the others are found later because they fell out of the wheel well when it opened at 1500 feet. *ahem* But anyway, can't wait to see more! :) |
I agree with Iris with Raph and his bike. That was like complete bad a$$!
Now I just can't wait for Eragon to come out so I can see the trailer on the big screen. (Sorry, but Unacompanied Minors looks to lame for me to waste my money on) Also, there was a smidgen part of the trailer where one of the turtles was talking, and his voice seemed a little similar to the Geico Gecko. I dunno. Maybe I'm crazy. |

And uhm, the force generated downward when a many-ton vehicle lands on concrete at that speed... Erm, sorry, my inner Tello had to say that. But I forgave that scene because Leo just looked so dramatic, what with the moonlight shining off his head, bandana gently flapping in the high wind and all. And I figure, okay, he's found a way around that little problem, somehow. And found a way to maintain the suspension of belief. Raph popping a wheelie in second gear was awe-inspiring, that takes some mad skill on a bike! :o So much to comment on... sigh... |
