Make a TMNT wish
 

Today, by some fantastic miracle, I found this strange and beautiful lamp. I rubbed it and a ninja turtle genie came out. He said to me, "I am a magic ninja turtle genie, and you can make lots of wishes. Only 2 things you need to know: All wishes must be ninja turltes orientated, and there is no limit to how many wishes you have."

So I wished for:

1. for the new film to come out with a LOTR-esque 4 disc box set with every possible imaginable extra features, including a director's cut

2. for a new, adult CGI TV series with the same design, VAs as the new film, with each narratives being taken directly from Mirage Vol 1. Every story. Every issue. This TV series will be on at 9pm in the evening (after the watershed) and will be on for an hour.

3. There will be a sequel to the film, also targeted at adults. Kevin Munroe can do it again and he can write the story. Warner Bros will not be involved and the studio will not dictate constrictive kiddie-friendly criteria.

4. The OT dvds and the 2k3 dvds will all be released in the UK and anywhere else in the world who are without these wonderous items.

5. Film 3, TNM and FF will be eradicated from TMNT history.

6. Film 1 will be re-released with a multitude of special features

7. The comics will all be re-released in book form volumes.

8. Mirage will not have to answer to various corporate groups about the content. Peter Laird will not have to put up with any sh*t from companies like Playmates, Warner and whoever else causes problems.

If the ninja turtle genie comes to you, what will you wish for?? :D

By the way, the ninja turtle genie said I could have the wishes, but didn't promise to grant them, so please don't blame me if your wishes don't come true.

But gettting back to the topic, I'd probably just wish for a PG-13 sequel, a better recognition of the comic series and the TMNT franchise overall and a special edition of all three live action films.

I'd just like to see the priest that would conduct the service. Hmm, Vegas anyone.

ANyhoo, At the moment all I can think of is I wish my mum would let me spend my fiver on the first movie DVD. But I need to save my pennies.

I would wish for every episode of every TMNT series to be released on dvd and sent to me for free. And for the turtles to return to their own time ending fast forward properly and returning us to the 2k3 timeline. Also I'd wish for a sequel to the movie and to have the first one realsed on dvd (also to be sent to me free of charge.

Oh and for a neverending TMNT 2k3 tv show. One that will be aired with new episodes from now till the end of time. That would be enough for me I think. ^_^'

I wish for Casey and April to get married and have a bunch of little ones in the tmnt movie sequel! woohoo!

I also wish for all OT & 2k3 to be released on dvd & sent to me free of charge, along with the new movie. I also want a sequel & when it is ready to be released to dvd, it should come to me free of charge!!

I also wish for more special features on any all dvds of the series & movies :)

- That every single Mirage TMNT comic gets released in book format. And in chronological order. Or if any themes are kept, only do them in "Souls Winter" format. And that the books contain A LOT of the comics in them.

- That they release the Ninja Tribunal season on DVD in the USA. Complete.

- That TNM ceases to exist. I already look the other way about it. I do not know what I hate more- TNM or V3D. I think V3D. Since TMNT has so many universes, it is much easier to ignore TNM since it does not affect things like the OT or Mirage or the NT. But too many people out there may think that V3D happened after the Voltron cartoon

- That the Archie comics get released in book format as well. From what I hear they are extremely good.

- That the Archie comics pick up again. And add Casey Jones.

- That they modify the NT Turtles designs to look more like the OT.

- That Mirage Volume 4 starts being released again. And that they reveal what we all suspect will happen- Michelangelo did NOT sire Seri's babies.

- That they give a good conclusion to Fast Forward, send the Turtles back to the present, make more good episodes (as faithful to what Mirage would be as possible), and that they release them to DVD quickly.

My wish would be to go back in time to late 1987 as a four year old (I wasn't even born yet) and come back to present time after like 92 or so.

Chronological TMNT Vol. 1-4 and Tales Vol. 1 & 2 TPBs that can be found in actual book stores like Barnes & Noble and Books-a-Million!

I wish I could record my thoughts directly onto DVD so that Sunshine and I could have our story told with

MIND BLOWING ANIMATED ACTION!

...and instantaneous gratification. ^_^

The rest of my wishes would get me in trouble I think >_>

Oh that's a good one. I'd love to be able to have our rp magically transformed into an animated series! Of course it would be geared toward adults or I think we'd have more plot holes then the old toon... :embarass:

Ooh I thought of another. Novelisations of the comics: Mirage, Image, Archie... all, but good ones, well written with good grammar, which go in depth into the psychology.... 8)

She was perched on the van when I woke up...so I screamed "MAYHEM! WILL YOU GET THE SHELL OFFA THERE!?" ...and I guess I scared her, but that's when May, and Cowabunga Carl took a dive. If she gets up there again I'll get pictures >.<

I'm in complete agreement about getting both the Mirage and Archie collections re-released in full. Additionally, if they could be available in full online as well for those times we are separated from our physical collections.

And to be outright sappy (and to intrude upon the creative license of Monsieur Laird) if he could be inclined to keep the turtles united in their later years rather than confirm some of the separation speculation.

Looks at what this thread has become and in his best NY accent says,

"Ugh, where do they come with this stuff?"

I guess I'd also ask for all four turtles to be in my company whenver I wanted them to (well, unless they were engaged in combat or something). This is a great thread. I'm sure it'll fill up with wacky wishes in no time.

Hmm.

Season sets of 2k3 (in proper episode order including the LS) and OT with gobs of extras.

Box set of all 4 movies with gobs of extras. With a guranteed new movie to come out every few years and for it to be good.

For 2k3 to be upgraded to being rated TV PG (at least) and to have as many seasons of the Simpsons, but of course the quality of the eps would never drop.

All issues of the Mirage and Archie comics to be rereleased in TPB for everyone to afford.

For the Forver War to see the light of day.

For Kevin and Peter to join forces again for a slam band ending to Volume 4 that tops any TMNT story written to date in Mirage.

A line of teen/adult novels about TMNT with various authors probably set in Mirage continuity, with in depth characterizations and such.

And enough money to aford all of the above or to somehow get it all free.

And if my wishes could make the the TMNT universe be real:

For the TMNT to train me in ninjitsu.:D

To adopt one of Klunk's kittens.

To visit the Utrom homeworld.

To co-write a book with Mikey.

To ride on the back of Raph's bike.

Here're my wishes!!! ^^
 

My wishes are:

1. A ninja clan that also double as servants (i.e. shoulder and back massages, etc.)

2. A throne room underwater (not a British throne room, a throne room with thousands of down feather-stuffed cushions. ^^)

3. My "Sea Shredder" to be alive! ^^

4. A king by my side (a random, muscular ninja who's really affectionate and sweet to women)! ^^

I think my biggest wish that actually has a chance of happening is the Forever War getting published. I've been waiting over 10 years for that.

In general I just wish for the TMNT to find its footing that will allow it the longevity that it deserves.

Sounds like the former is very much a reality late this year, early the next, but on the latter...

- All 4 TMNT movies on DVD, as well as the full old and new series
-A night with Karai
- A garantuee that there will be at least 2 more TMNT sequel, no matter what the cost, what the sacrifice or the fact that the TMNT fame went down the crapper in a year or so from now. I don't care. I demand movie sequels.
-A night with Lotus Blossom
-A new TMNT fighting game
- A night with Irma
- Send those turtles back to the present for a few more seaons. And MAKE the world like it. none of that 'ratings so low it almost got cancelled' crap...
-A night with Rennet
-All the TMNT Mirage and Archie comics :) and start Volume 4
- A night with Aska
-Give me some sort of imput or the chance to actually write or help write at least one issue of the comic or something. That really would have been a dream come true.

If you can add wishes like that, then:

- to be able to do backflips and other gymnastics like the Turtles
- to be as good in martial arts as the Turtles are
- to have the kind of balance that would allow me to do some of those Turtle tricks
- to have that Turtle metabolism that would allow me to eat whatever I wish and still stay lean
- to look as good as OT April
- to have such cool friends for so many years

A new live action TMNT movie with martial arts and action to rival Jackie Chan

Jenna my dear, you basically nailed my wishes, including ones I'd never thought of. ;) Especially the new adult CGI show. Freakin' great idea! I shall now pine for such a show forever, until I waste away from longing. Although I must say that even FF, NT:TNM, and TMNT 3 did give us a few good memories. Maybe. At least they gave fans a lot to argue about. ;)

Besides that, I wish I had the commitment to write the fanfic I've had in my head for years. It's all in my head. I just can't transcribe it. :(

Raphaelsgirl, do you like anything about the TMNT besides Raphael's hotness? I think everyone would love to hear some more from you.

Woohoo, I love wishing for things! I wish that:

1. I could be trained by Master Splinter, instead of taking my chances with the Martial Arts Center.
2. Kevin M would keep making fantastic CGI movies, and that Donnie and Mike would be featured in the next one.
3. I could chat online with Don, make pizzas with Mike, tag along on a vigilante night with Raph and Casey, meditate with Leo, girl talk with April, and watch soaps with Sensei.
4. I could have a tv with various incarnations of TMNT playing at all times.
5. Phishtar would write more fanfiction in the Apocrypha universe.
6. someone would make a comic series, or even better, a movie, out of Phishtar's fics. (If you haven't read them, you absolutely should.)
7. the Archie comics would pick up again, with Chris Allan doing the pencils. That was a fantastic series, with great art, and I miss it terribly.

I think maybe that's enough wishes for now. There are other things, but they've been said before. :)

All of these sound like wonderful wishes.

I also wish to a TMNT cup to drink my tea from. With the new movie turtles on. Actually, two - one for home and one for the office as I spend most of my life there.

Oh and a coaster to replace my manky one at work.

A turtle mug for tea? I love it! When I first read that I was envisioning something like my boyfriend's treasured Nestle Quik bunny mug. Each brown, plastic ear not only brings life to the art, but also acts as the mug handles.:D

Wouldn't you just love a big ol' green, plastic mug in the shape of Raph's head?

Oh and another wish: Everytime I'm taking the subway and waiting for the train to come, I always wish I'd catch a glimpse of green when I stare down the tunnels. It'd make me feel a little safer in the wee hours of the morning.

Oh sweet.

2. Raph's accent.
3. Life-size carboard TMNT to put up in my room and stuff.
4. All TMNT merchandise ever created. Even FF, because I could sell it off. :lol:

Yeah, it would be so comforting knowing that the turtles were out there protecting us. In a way I wish they were real, but I know myself and I know that if I ever saw one of them I would run away screaming :roll: :lol:


That reminds me of when I lived in a really dodgy area of London - I had life size carboard cut-outs of the 4 hobbits from Lord of the Rings standing up in the living room. From outside it looked like there were people stanidng there - we used to joke that they scared the burglars away!

:lol: Freaking awesome if ya ask me. I'd put the TMNT in the windows. Or like, if I had a shower with a window in it, I'd put a shower cap on Mike and stick him in the shower. LOL.

I wish to be with Raphael forever. Thats all I want. And without other 'Raphgirls' who think they can take him from me and without everybody else telling me he's not real.
