Dumb and Dumber

What did you think of the movie Dumb and Dumber? And would u watch the prequel "When Harry met Lloyd Dumb and Dumberer?" Personally I think it is the funniest movie of all time. I still love it and have seen it atleast a 100 times. That is not an exaggeration. More than any other movie ever. My favorite of all time. As for the sequel i'll watch it on the first showing. But am a little worried that it might not be that great. I'm very concerned with someone besides Jim Carrey playing Lloyd Christmas and someone besides Jeff Daniels playing Harry Dunn. But i'll guess i'll wait and see.

Re: Dumb and Dumber

Hands down best movie ever created.......

Man, I haven't watched that movie in awhile. It'll show up on TBS every now and then so I'll catch a glimpse of it. My favorite part was when Lloyd gave Harry the laxative. Poor guy didn't even see what's coming!

"I got robbed by a sweet old lady on a motorized cart......and I didnt even see it comin'!"

"heeey guys! whoa big gulps huh? alright......well.....SEE YA LATER!" <---#1 quote

The greatest comedy ever. I no the entire script to that film Ive seen it so many times.

"Thats it, Ive HAD IT with this dump, we got no food, no water, OUR PETS HEDS R FALLING OFF!!!

"Geeze Harry, you're hands are freezing!"

ok you obviously dont know the movie too well :) the quote is: "We've got no FOOD, we've got no JOBS, our pets HEADS ARE FALLING OFF!" dont no where water came from ;) good try though, I'm glad you agree that is is the best comedy......

he doesnt say "GEEZE" ;) sorry, Duke and I are obseesed D&D fans and the slightest slip is a sin to us :)

i know the movie by heart

Mock..YEAH....Ing....YEAH.....Bird.....YEAH....YEA H...(im not gonna type th rest :D

OMG im such a HUGE fan of this movie :P i dont think its the best movie ever created...but its an excellent movie nevertheless.
You can be sure i'll be watching the prequel after hoping so many years for a second movie :P i'm just a bit dissapointed, i would have liked a sequel better...d&d without jim carrey just wouldnt be the same for me, sorry ;)
"Nice set of hooters you got there"

"Hey, wanna hear the most annoying sound in the world? AIAIAIAIAIAIAIAIAIAIAIAI!!!!!"

Dumb and Dumber is funny, but I wouldn't want to see a prequel to it.

Seriously Jim Carrey made that movie........just the way he delivers the line "Why dont you eat up and we'll tell ya" is enough to make me wet myself every time....he's just a brilliant comedian....

I remember them doing a so-called prequal to it in the short-lived cartoon series they did a few years back.

yeah, that was terrible....

They had a cartoon for all of Jim Carrey's movies. Dumb and Dumber, The Mask, Ace Ventura... and they all sucked.

It's been a long time since I've watched that movie. I remember it being funny despite Jim Carrey (whom I find much more annoying than funny). I may go rent it sometime the week.

I thought "The Mask" cartoon was enjoyable though. Atleast they got Rob Paulson to do the voice, so he sounded good.

Oh!How could i forget about the toon! LOL...
It was terrible...im a big fan of d&d so i liked it, but it wasnt very good  they even had a beaver...wtf? :ohwell:
And i agree, all the jim carrey toons sucked :D Only one i liked was dumb and dumber, and i could barely stomach the mask one.
But none of em had the humor of the movies and that's why they suck imo :ohwell:
LOL! :P

Or when he does the dry heaves

I don't rememebr the toon of Dumb and Dumber. I thought the Pet Detective toon was pretty good though. I mean, I laughed.

The Jim Carey Cartoons didn't seem bad. I liked the dumb and dumber Series alot. It's like seeing 3 different Jim Careys.

I wonder what Dumb and Dumberer is gonna be like because Dumb and Dumber is one of my favorite Jim Carey movies

Best movie of all time.

That movie was awesome. Here is my favorite line:

Lloyd: "You're it."
Harry: "You're it."
Lloyd: "You're it, quitsies!"
Harry: "Anti-quitsies! You're it, quitsies, no anti-quitsies, no startsies!"
Lloyd: "No, you can't do that!"
Harry: "Can to!"
Lloyd: "Cannot, stamp it!"
Harry: "Can to, double-stamp it, no erasies!"
Lloyd: "Cannot, triple-stamp it, no erasies, TOUCH BLUE, MAKE IT TRUE!!"
Harry: "No, you can't triple-stamp a double-stamp, Lloyd! You can't triple-stamp a double-stamp!!"
Lloyd: "La-la-la, la-la-la-la, la la la la laaa laaa LAAA LAAA LAAAAA LALALALA LAAAAAAA!"
Harry: "LLOYD!! LLOOOOYYYYD!"

It's OK! I'M A LIMO DRIVER!

Dumb and Dumber rules. Got it on DVD a while back. I liked Lloyd's dream sequence.

"So then he said, "Do you love me?" and she replied, "No... but that's a real nice ski-mask! Hahahahaha! *Crowd laughs uproariously*".

Hee.. yah, I liked this movie too. Then it surprised the heck out of me when my TMNT despising husband proclaims D&D as one of the funniest movies ever! There's hope in him yet! :D

What's funny though, is that Jim Carrey then was funny... but the movies he's in now are just borderline annoying. *heh* I guess he's running out of his funniness or something.

The Grinch... *shudder* Bleh... :dead:

i think a prequel is a dumb idea, but ill see it anyways

"MR FRENCH TICKLER!"

Wanna hear the most annoying sound in the world?!

On another note that guy looks like lloyd, in fact he even has a broken tooth and all :( scary.

I think the guys they got to play the younger versions of Lloyd and Harry are perfect. They both are soooo spot on with respect to the way they act. Trivia: The guy that's playing Lloyd (Jim Carrey's spitting image) was in an episode of Smallville. He played a bad guy that Clark had to go up against.
