It's more or less the same version of the Turtles. More importantly, it's very difficult to find an even semi-decent picture of the OT Turtles to use. :D

If anything I'd say that the OT is the North.
Financially more secure. Actually just as "problematic" in terms of social issues as the South.

Let's be honest here, the movie verse is is the Missouri compromise if anything else. It really does blend aspects of both the Mirage Universe and the Original Toon.

Altho my fave TMNT-verse is indeed TMNT Adventures (Archie) I totally respect almost all things in the TMNT Multiverse..... I say Almost cuz I don't like Image at all....I tolerate Next Mutation.....

I'd say it's more like a fusion of the OT with the Mirage comics, personally. Though, ya, there doesn't seem to be very many decent pictures of the OT Turtles.
