About this redesign suggestion and Hellturtle submission This time will count but next time not, Sorry Lost Angel, I would like to include all your friends work, but he is not even a member of this forum and is not your work, so please let him know that I would love to have him with us here in The Technodrome, and then all his work, posted by you on his behalf or him, will be gladly accepted as a sub, this time an exception will be open but next time will not.

Great work anyway. Hope you can recruit him ;)

About the backstories... well I like the idea, but from the start this is suppose to be an art redesign contest, so if anyone want to include a backstory please do like oldmanwinters and embed it in the picture.

Hope we can agree on this and move to the poll. Great work everyone and thanks for all suggestions (if I didn´t address something let me know please), new submitters will receive an invitation to the social group, and if anyone else want to join just follow the link in my signature.

Finally I voted Tigerfog, but this time had been really hard/difficult to choose between so many Nice Pics: I like a lot too: Kiwamu the kappa, Kali, Cartoonistaaron sub1, Shuriken, Oldmanwinters and Koschei sub2.....all of them are in my opinion nice redesigns too for Slash!!!!! Thanks for post them!!!

That's the only vote mine is going to get, let's face it. I can like it better than anyone else's since it's my style.

There were a lot of good redesigns, I didn't want to have to vote for just one in either thread...if I had finished my second one I would have voted for that too. I mean, I know I'm not going to win, I don't want my vote to make the difference between someone winning and losing when there were so many redesigns I actually liked.

So what I am saying is that in MY opinion, based upon MY logic, it would have been in POOR sport for me to have voted for anyone's re-design other than my own. :twink:

voting for yourself is pretty weak,but.

But, voting for yourself for something you did as a redesign. In which in your mind you spent time brainstorming and personal thought on the piece kinda makes it a different category.

It was tough, I thought about it, I hesitated, I cried, I then pooped, thought about it some more, sweat got in my eyes and I clicked on one for each page. Tigerfog won on one, and Oldmanwinters on t'other. It were tough though.

Ha! So you were my one vote! Thanks a bunch, man, but even I don't think my art really compares to some of the great submissions in that second thread. I always appreciate the fact that at least one person liked mine best.:)

Wanna know why I went for it? His mad knee bones/pads in the shape of the 2k3 foot symbols. I thought that was genius. I dug the whole tone of the thing!

Heh, yeah I was originally thinking Doomsday's protruding knee bones, but then it hit me that it resembled the Foot symbol as well. I'm glad somebody caught that!

:idea: I am going to leave of side/keep away my artistic skills until I mature.... a lot....

Me too, I think I will draw the picture per round though, but if it is possible I don't want my art in the voting system. I like to sketch to sketch.
