If Elias Koteas reprised his role as Casey...
 
As I said in my previous post, I think with the aid of a wig and makeup, Elias Koteas could still play Casey, and this proves it. This is his 2002 face on his 1994 body. Use your imagination a little bit because it looks a little disoriented, but with the current pics available of him, it's the best I could do.

man. i dunno. at the time he was perfect for the role, but that was, what, over a decade ago? i'm reminded of Chris Lambert playing Connor Macleod over and over, aging even though his character was immortal.

the only guy i can think of...i think is a bit too young...but Shane West...
