That's right. Konami's new TMNT game is curently scheduled to be on the show floor at the Electronic Entertainment Expo next month. That probably means that it'll be playable. And that probably also means that there'll be a whole bunch of news coming out of it, so we should finally have a sense of what this game is going to be like.

P.S xbox owners have to wait a very long time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I belive that only PS2 and GC versions will be at E3.. It was said that PS" version is released first, and then PC and GC ports. I own both consoles and a Powerfull PC, So Im not sure yet wich version to buy..

That's nice. Tell us something we don't know. Konami has quite a few booths booked for E3... one of those is most likely TMNT, and one had better be MGS3. :flaming:

Yes, Metal Gear Solid 3 HAS been confirmed, and will arrive in 2004.

Hmmmmm PC and GC? I don't know what to do! Will the PC version have online multiplayer? If it does that's the one I'm getting....

It could always be modded to add multiplayer, mind you. The fans did it with PC GTA3.

Metal Gear Solid

One of the greatest games ever made, might I add.

At least the first part. The second one was totally great, too but the story of it was way too confusing.

As far as gameplay is concerned MGS2 is even better than the first part. The problem of MGS2 is that it totally destroys the story of the first game.

I haven't played MGS 2 yet, I heard it is beter than the first when you actually get to PLAY. I heard that over half of the play time goes to those cut scenes and radio discussions.

Yeah, that's true. Before the final boss-battle starts there is a Codec-talk about 15 minutes (no joke)!!! The cut-scenes are pretty cool though.

They certainly look nice. Heck, all of MGS2 looks nice.

Yep, it has been. Shiguru Miyamoto is also going to be helping in the development process. Its going to be Gamecube exclusive as well.

No, a Metal Gear Solid game is coming out for Gamecube, but it's not Metal Gear Solid 3. The Nintendo game's rumored title is Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes. This info came from a rather unreliable source though, so I woulnd't believe it. What IS confirmed thought is that Metal Gear Solid 3 is coimng out for PS2 and possibliy XBox.

So, we have a Metal Gear title on Gamecube (NOT Metal Gear Solid 3)
And on PS2 and XBox we have Metal Gear Solid 3.

I remember in 2000 joking I knew that MGS in 2004 would be called "MGS 3: Valhalla Project"...unfortunately some folks too that seriously.

Beaker you rock! How in the world did you get a chance to get into E3?? I've tried for the past 2 years but I'm always told it's only game journalists and the like that get in. On another note I thought mgs2 was an OK game. I only played till the oil rig, or whatever it was, cause I couldn't stand the cut scenes. It does have very good gameplay though. It doesn't bother me what system this new game comes out for. I have all 3 systems. If it's true that it won't be out for X-Box I'll pick it up for GCN. Better graphics than Sony and I won't have to wait 3 years for it to load.

Heh, well it was a lot of hard work! heh...relaly, Ive been trying to get in for years so this is a real treat and I am very grateful. I'll let ya guys know whats wa sup on the TMNT Konami end of course.

Well gamin sites like IGN and gamespot will get screen shots and movies, I can't wait to see how it looks.

If Konami is like other game companies, then they'll release some info (screenshots, whatever) a little bit before E3.

Yeah, but Snake's Revenge isn't considered to be a real Metal Gear game because it was developed without Hideo Kojima. So you can't really count it.
