My collection thus far. I don't got much now, still starting out. I'll wall paper my whole room in time though!

UsagiYojimbo 02-25-2012 04:54 AM

Well done! :D

Falconhood 02-25-2012 05:24 AM

wow! all NRFP! i'm a playa; I open all my stuff and play.

Memphis 02-25-2012 09:37 AM

Believe me, the temptation to open them and play with them is there, especially with the coil force turtles. I'll probably buy a bunch loose when I have disposable income.

Plasticplayhouse 02-25-2012 11:36 AM

Nice collection!

Yeah, I could never own a MOSC toy that I didn't already own loose. It wouldn't be MOSC for long.

Awesome collection.

Samhain 02-26-2012 09:59 AM

You got a solid action figure collection, dude.

Yeah, but he's thirty-nine bucks there. I got the four turtles for about twenty-four dollars each buying them in a set. Rocksteady & Bebop for about sixteen a piece in an auction together and Shredder for thirty, so I'm hoping to get him for thirty or less before shipping.

Ok, so my supermutant rocksteady and bebop finally came in today and now I'm just waiting to find a decently priced supermutant splinter (which I'll probably get next month when my ebay bucks come in) to finish off my supermutants set.

Unfortunately, that still leaves the metal mutants and mutant masters sets, which are WAAAAAY more expensive from what I'm seeing, to completely finish off the anime line, but hey, finding awesome deals is part of the fun!

Congrats! And good luck in the search

cool collection, I'm an action figure guy myself. I always tell my self I'm gonna do a vehicle but never do. Only vehicles i have are ones people bought me. Watch out hanging the figures on the wall, you might want to invest in some zolo cases. Cowabunga!

Memphis 03-15-2012 10:35 PM

Yeah, I've been thinking about getting some cases, but none of the figures I've got are rare enough to warrant them yet. Yeah, I'm just collecting the figures with the punches so I can cover my room. I'm not too interested in vehicles or figures like the mutating ones that you cant hang.

Also, I've completely rearranged my figures so that they can... "Flow" better. All the standard boxes are on the bigger wall while the surrounding walls will have the various other kinds of figures (Anime line, stretch, coil force, etc...)

Edit: Also, on the second pic, that row with a blank space? I've since gotten splinter and filled it, just forgot to retake the picture.

TheCanadiandrome 03-16-2012 12:14 AM

Very cool! Might steal your idea lol

Shogun26 04-12-2012 12:05 PM

Woh! I love your collection! Those 2 posters bring back so many memories!
And you got a steal on those Supermutants!

How do you hang them so you don't damage the cards?

Memphis 04-12-2012 09:36 PM

I just use push pins and push until it holds the figures in place. Haven't had any problems with figures falling in the whole 3 years some have been hanging there. The pins are small enough that I can put them through unpunched cards without it being noticeable. (I put the pin in the outline of the punch, it doesn't hurt them and the hole is barely noticeable when the pin is removed)

Wow! I haven't updated in a long time! Here's the new arrangement! Plus a bunch of figures I've gotten this past year, but haven't updated on. With special thanks to Shogun26 for the Metal Mutants line!

New figures since the last photos are...

Antrax
Splinter 1988
All 5 Metal Mutant figures
Supermutant Splinter
4 Cyber Samurai figures (Just the turtles so far, Shredder and Bebop soon)
4 Figures from the 2012 line (Just the turtles, they're probably gonna be the only ones I get)

Which brings my current total to 73 figures! I HOPE to break 100 before 2014!

markberry 01-15-2013 01:31 PM

awesome collection

Shogun26 01-15-2013 01:35 PM

You are more than welcome my friend!

Really great adds! Good luck on breaking 100!!

Nice Collection

I guess you could say that you are up to the ceiling covered in turtles.

Memphis 03-26-2014 03:16 PM

I wanted to wait until I finished the '89 line of figures (Rat King, Leatherhead, Metalhead) before I updated, but I haven't seen any decently priced ones on ebay the last few weeks.

The new additions are:

Mutant Masters line (Finally! That's picture wrap on the anime line!) and I've started the Dino line. Only have Leonardo so far. Hoping to get the rest soon, but bills. Ugh.
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...6/IMAG0370.jpg

I've moved all the Turtle variants to a new wall. No no additions to this side.
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...6/IMAG0372.jpg

As for the main line figures, I've rearranged them on the main wall. This is where I'm going to keep individual figures so no variant lines like Rock n' Roll/Star Trek etc... The new additions to this wall are:
Triceraton, Chrome Dome, Usagi, Ace Duck, Ray Fillet and Hot Head.
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...6/IMAG0373.jpg

That's it for now! I think over the course of the year I'll just stick to finishing off the '89 and Dino lines before picking back up next year.

Awesome collection!!!!
