I was watching a show on adult swim that is off the hook. I can't name that show but I think it was on at 10 or 10:30pm Central time on Saturday. It kick ass. It was also before Cowboy Bebop. I think that is what its called. Help me here.

Oh, I'm allowed to watch TV, but it's my roommate's TV. He likes sports, so the TV is always on a sports channel. Since it's not my TV, I don't have the right to watch what I want to watch.... :sad:

My sympathies are with you, Azure! I understand you very well. In our family it often comes out that a football match, a cartoon and a melodrama are shown simultaneously and everyone prefers the TV-set in the living-room to the one in the kitchen... :sad:

Whata snob! I let my roomie watch whatever on my TV. I didn;t really have too many shows I had to see anyways (or she would record what she wanted to watch on the VCR).

But anyways... what is Adult Swim? Like an anime version of Toonami? I don't have cable...

It's a show they have on Cartoon Network, a block, like Toonami, except for adults. I'm not into many of the shows, mostly just the anime and Space Ghost. They show it late at night, and have all the warnings that kids under 18 shouldn't be watching it.

Ah... heh, sounds like the sort of things my hubby would like too. ;p

I bet you guys like Harvey Birdman?, I think its the best show, It has all the classic cartoon characters battling each other out in court and Birdman is the lawyer. :)

I've caught only one episode of Harvey Birdman, and it was absolutely hilarious. He had to defend Shaggy and Scooby from drug charges. :lol:

I just downloaded episode 1 of harvey birdman from kazaa to check it out because in cartoon network of latinamerica there is still no adult swim (Bleh, there should be, i want to see yu yu hakusho :tgrumble: ) i haven't watched it yet but it looks funny :lol: and i think there's also this show about a group of talking food called aqua teen hunger force :D that one must be funny too...

You don't get Adult Swim?! That's terrible! :( It's one of the few times that Cartoon Network shows some really good anime uncensored. And a lot of the programming is too funny... I like Aqua Teen Hunger Force! You should watch a few eps, Nicko... Talking food with super powers makes me laugh. :lol:

I watched the ep i got...birdman was a judge and he had to defend the dude from johnny quest, it was hilarious :lol: i hope we'll get adult swim in CN here soon :)
