Shredder doesn't phyisically come up to the surface, but tells Bebop & Rocksteady in an insulting way at times to get the energy. April gets kidnapped by being thrown into a vault.

That one is obiviously "Usagi Yojimbo". Usagi and Baxter got cheated because their storylines were the most dangling. 140 episodes more and Usagi was never sent home or appeared again after his quick second appearance.:-? He was baddbutt in the 2003 cartoon which kinda makes up for it but would have liked more than bonding time with Leo and not much with the other guys.
