After walking down my steps, you'll turn right and see this - The entry to display area 1 which is my entertainment/ theater room. I've decked it out with 11 reclining theater seats, Surround Sound & a nice 65" flatscreen.

98% of this room is my stuff so I wanted my wife to have fun in here too - I got her this Harry Potter stuff and a popcorn machine.

Continuing on this wall we have my limited Lebowski print, Proton Pack, autographed Ghostbusters Poster, & Slimer wall relief which I have to paint still.

Just opposite of the Tenacious D stuff is more movie memrobillia: Goonies Props (Map, Copper Bones, Doubloon), Autographed Sean Astin & Corey Feldman Pics, Mezco Goonies figures, & Sloth Mask. On and in the display case is my replica Hoverboard, Shelf 1 has my Replica ooze canisters, test baby turtle from TMNT, Autographed TMNT VHS, some cassette tapes from the movies. Second shelf has my 1:6 scale ghostbustbusters. Third shelf & fourth shelf will have other 1:6 scale figures - Right now its only Snake Plisskin. Just right of the display case I have some BTTF stuff including my Christopher Lloyd autograph and eventually I'll display my Hot Toys 1:6 Marty McFly & DeLorean here.

Holly cow dude. I could look at your setup all day! This is by far one of the better displays I've ever seen. I love how you took time to put sewer piping up, and the brick background. Uber cool!

Where or when did you get the individual turtle posters that you have hanging on the closet doors. Those are neat and I've never seen them before.

Another love of my childhood is the goonies. These were obviously the only ones produced. I wish they would have completed the whole cast

doood im loving the ghostbusters stuff, the setup with the 4 guys vs state puff man is so awsome!

WOW...what a great homage to the 80's! Of course the module/drome setup is killer but everything else is so nicely display. I love when people put thought into their displays and it shows that you have (and continue to do so.) Bravo!

I make it to the Cleveland area 2 times a year or so. Have family that direction. Very cool. Every been to the big bad toy store out there?

I have added quite a bit to my collection since my last update in November and I will get around to posting those updates eventually. What I wanted to update right now was my Comic Haul over the last 2 weeks. A huge part of my collection was lacking - the comics. I had many Adventures from growing up and in 2001 I went after volume 4 (not even all of them) but that was about it.

So I have a ton of updates which have accumulated from christmas until now - although I think I am still leaving some things out, this should be most of what I have gotten since december (not in purchase order).

The Tick Statue - He's such a hilarious character and I always enjoyed when humor was combined with Superheros.


Brutal Legend Collection - In particular the most recent addition is the book "The Art of Brutal Legend." It's awesome to page through and what I have read so far has been enjoyable. My buddy picked this up for my Birthday at the PAX convention in Boston earlier this year and had the game creator, Tim Schafer sign it to me! One of the best gifts ever.


Veriatis TMNT Michaelangelo Statue - What a PAIN this has been. A brief history here - 2 years ago I ordered Leo, Donny, and Raph and they came in a somewhat timely fashion. Within a few months Mikey was sculpted and I wanted to complete the set. Purchase was made May 2012 - yes, a year and one month ago and he just came at 11am today. Im just glad Im not out $175 anymore and the set is complete! Painting should start on all 4 this year eventually. For those of you wondering I customized that Shredder to be movie accurate (not done yet) and the green statue to his left is the UNMASKED Raph -unpainted. Another project for me :)


Nick TMNT Area Rug - I was hunting for this forever! I haven't seen more than one other dromer post they got this and I recommend everyone get it. I bought 2 because once I redo my room eventually it will be much larger and have 2 entrances. In the words of Walter Sobchak (The Big Lebowski) - That rug really tied the room together, did it not?


TMNT Fan Blades - these guys arent hung yet and again once my new room is worked on these guys will certainly cool the room down even though it'll be "cool" already ;)


Nick TMNT Collection - Its not huge but it includes pieces I love. Eventually I may comeplete other parts of it but this is all I wanted right now. Listed below are particulars


Cels - Those who have browsed my collection know I have a soft spot for animation cels - especially when they are unique.


And Finally - COMICS COMICS COMICS! - As some of you may have seen over the last few weeks I have picked up comic collecting. I had a huge haul that I updated last week and here is this weeks! A list is provided under the picture. These again are all from multiple sources.

Well I will save you from the pics since I know everyone already knows what they look like.

I added Rat King and Cockroach Terminator to my Nick collection along with the SDCC Shredder x2 which came in the mail today.

Thus far I have only gotten 1 of each character, the lair, and shellraiser. Everyone's opinion - should I splurge and get all the Ooze and stealth turtles as well as the many various vehicles? I collect the Nick stuff to keep in package..

And my latest purchase which was found randomly is Volume 1 Issue 3 first print. On my way home from work (I travel all over the northern part of Ohio) I have always seen this one Antique Mall but never had time to pop in. Today I made time knowing I would be in the area and I was rather surprised to find a collectibles room inside. I found this Issue sitting on a shelf nicely displayed among some silver and golden age comics.

I believe it to be in rather nice condition - one crease on the top right corner, 2 mild stress marks on the binding, and the pages aren't white. I got it for about 32 with tax - did I do okay? was the price fair?

It seems to be a Fine+ to a VF- perhaps. The crease brings it down or it might be an NM. Seems like a decent price for the grade.
