Really want to see the turtles' room though. And I guess they'd never show the bathroom though I'm curious of the location.

Here's a couple shots of the dojo - note the two entranceways next to the tree. Splinter's room is opposite the tree. So, so far so good.

Next some shots of the main room. The back of the TV is up against those sliding double doors, which go to Don's lab/garage. The lab is opposite the pool/tire swing.

You can see by the windows that the dojo is just on the other side (they're the same half-circle windows behind the tree).

Don looking out of the lab. That doorway in the background has a curtain on it, presumably the one to the kitchen.

Here the guys are facing the turnstiles, ready to go out. Notice the stairwell in the far background, which leads to their bedrooms.

And Leo walking up those same steps. Four entrances probably means four bedrooms, not too much of a stretch there.

Seems pretty accurate to me, I couldn't find any flaws. :D

Kenny Byerly, one of the writers, also had this to say about it:

"This is amazing and I can vouch for its accuracy. It’s very similar to, and actually much prettier than, the rough CG top-down mockup we were given as reference for the lair. I like trying to figure out the layouts of TV locations, but I don’t think I would have been able to piece this together based on what we’ve seen on the show so far. The one thing I would note is, I don’t THINK there’s another staircase past the archway to the Turtle bedrooms. And I think Leatherhead lives much farther away."

LOL, reminds me of the time I was obsessed with the 2K7's lair.

Seeing this one is very cool and well thought out of (I STILL didn't warm up to the tree, felt out of place).

Wow. That's awesome. Now I can use this as reference in my fan fics. I hope we get to see the inside of the boys' rooms. I want to know what they have in there.

Thanks for sharing! Please update if/when new portions of the Lair are shown. After seeing this plan, I feel this is the best Lair ever created for any franchise, with a great interaction between abandoned subway and sewer. I'd love to see a sewer/city map, since I'm noticing the same storefronts/billboards/buildings in many episodes.

Cool! That map is very interesting. I hope we see the turtles bedrooms soon. (they must have bedrooms, right? Or maybe they have one bedroom for all 4? I dunno)

The artist (i sourced him in the first post, but I guess some other people sharing the map haven't been) is aware of this thread and is considering doing an updated version of the map after getting feedback from across tumblr, kenny, and some of us ^__^

He also made a cool post about the subway maps shown in The Pulverizer episode -- do they give info about the TMNT's various locations througout the episode or is it just kinda thrown in there as a detail? In any case, it's fun to examine.

XDDDD Alright, I'm dying. The map wins.
Splinter probably got a tree from somewhere. It's out of place in the sewer, but It adds a nice touch of home. It definitely brightens up the training room.

I really hope we get to see the Turtle's rooms in future episodes.

I think that the tree is in a pot and the sunlight from the lights keep it alive

This dude sure knows NY's subways! Thanks for sharing Zulithe. I love how much detail they have added to the show.
