Are you hoping AprilxCasey happens again this series?
 

In the 4Kids series they were a couple, do you want that again for season 2?

While I enjoy (or is it tolerate...?) that in the comics, I don't really want it anywhere else. I'm so sick of all the romance talk and shipping that's been going on with fans.

I'm not sure, I think what she and Donny have going on is really cute, but I Definitely wouldn't want it to become the center of the story, it's just cool for some funny moments.

Meh!

I'd like to see the show try something totally different between them....for creativity's sake.

So what's the chances that April will be in love with Casey but he doesn't notice.

We'll have Donnie after April and April after Casey and Casey just want to bash some jaywalkers. it will be comedy COLD!

Not hoping, but I wouldn't bet against it. Sometimes, I forget what a lovely couple they were in the OT. XD

A big fat NO for me. I all was love the beauty and the beast pairing type. So I'm really hoping Donnie and April works out or no real pairing at the end.

I wouldn't mind either way but it also depends on what there version of Casey Jones will be like.

Depends on the age difference. This is the youngest April yet, I'd prefer Casey not to be a teenager, and if he's older I don't want to see any age ain't nothin but a number type romance, nor do I think nick will allow it.

April is 16 and Casey is said to be 18 if I recall correctly.

I don't want to see that in season 2, especially if they just meet. If the romance HAS to happen, I'd rather it be gradual like it was in 4Kids.

I defiantly think it's going to happen. Other than the OT, April and Casey have always ended up as a couple.

Normally April and Casey have been one my favorite TMNT couples ever, and before the series started I totally looked forward to it. However, now because of Don...ugh. I absolutely hate Don and April together, and I have this nasty feeling that if Casey becomes a love interest it's going to turn into some weird triangle/competition/etc. between the three of them that the series will focus on even more. So not what I need to see. If Don gets over his crush on her by the time Casey shows up and the only weirdness is the typical stubbornness between April and Case then I'm cool with that, but I seriously doubt it. Kind of sucks since this whole AprilxDon thing seems to be tainting a lot of what I usually love from these characters.

To be honest, no. I don't mind something different if it makes sense.

Seeing as the way they're going that April isn't completely human; how is an AprilXCasey any different from an AprilXDonatello.

Cause you know eventually Casey would find out. I think it's their way to make April and Donnie work if she is a Neutrino like a majority of us think she is going to end up being, heck even the 87' series had turtle/neutrino interaction.

I watched that as a 5 year old kid and had no problem with it then, so I wouldn't change my opinion now just because it's a different version.

I'm kinda bored with AprilxCasey and while DonnyxApril can be cute, it's also really creepy. Why can't we just have AprilxActuallyBeingAnInvolvedCharacter? That would be a fairly novel idea!

I'm probably the only one who wants April and Donnie together. It probably won't happen. But even if they don't end up together, I don't want April and Casey together, it's been done to many times.

This pretty much sums it up for me.

If I had to choose one, I'd say yes, but only if it's handled well - I've mentioned before I'm not a huge fan of romance in TMNT. Had the Donnie/April thing been handled better, I'd probably say no, but Donnie's crush has worn pretty thin on me as the series has gone on. Of course, as others have mentioned, this could potentially lead to a love triangle, and that I really would not be looking forward to...

I vote to give April more personality without needing to be paired with anyone.

Not really. An unresolved triangle would be okay, but it would walk a fine line between teenage melodrama and watchable. I'd like it even better if April thought Casey was an immature dolt but learned to be friends over time.

Even if April is somehow completely human, I wouldn't rule it out. Between the humanoid element and the Goliath/Elisa precedent...

I hope this is the case. And if Casey is 18, you can bet Nickelodeon won't have him being romantic with April. 16 and 17 is one thing, but 18 and anyone underage is hot water.

Best case, in my mind, would be an older Casey. Someone Raph thinks is cool and tries to imitate. I'm hoping so much to see the two of them running the streets together. I don't mind if April has a crush on him, and Donnie tries to be all macho or whatever. But I'd rather not see Casey get soft, you know?

I'd prefer a happy medium between OT and 2007 - An angry bruiser who's a bit too extreme, but bonds with Raph and brings out that side of him we haven't seen yet in this show.

If April is sixteen and Casey is eighteen, then he's an adult and she's a minor. Usually if a minor and an adult have sex, it's called statutory rape. I know there won't be sex is this show, but that's how people would see it.

18 and 16 year olds date in real life all the time. I knew people in High School who were dating 10th graders.
