aside from the first Movie i never found casey that cool.. my opinions of him is like kinda like haters opinions of keno..hes just kinda there..

when he made out with April at the end of the first movie i was pissed that it wasnt michaelangelo or even Raph kissing her....i know...figure that one out.

I dont think he could be Shredder because hes not Asian, Then again the actor playing Splinter isnt Asian either, But He will most likely wear the Mocap suit. Anyways, There are many well known characters in the TMNT lore he could play.
