Nothing could ever convince me to try lamb fries (fried lamb testicles). :sick: It's a cullinary trend that has been on Chopped a few times now. I'm sure it was brought to the public's attention by the Dirty Jobs ep where some redneck shepherds are neutering sheep with their teeth and calling it humane and then frying up the leftovers. It's the makings of a satanic ritual, I tell ya! >_<
