If the 2012 tmnt met the 2003 turtles
What would happen and would you want to see it
|
I certainly would. I thoroughly enjoyed the series and I feel that incarnation's getting super shafted after Nick's versions have come out in regards to merch and homages in IDW/2012.
|
Oh god, this thread will turn into a bloodbath...
As to your question, I don't know what would happen, but if they made something along the lines of turtles forever, a sequel per se, then yes, I'd definitely like to see it. |
I'd also like to see it. If they make something like that. :)
|
yup, I loved the 2003 series~ :D I'd like to see it~
|
Maybe this will happen in Season 3.
|
i cant see the beloved fun charismatic full of energy 2012 Turtles along side with those depressed '03 turtles, the 4kids turtles dont deserve to be with the 2012 version to begin with.
total buzz killers is all they are really.. |

Yeah I'd like to see it. I wonder, would the 2k3 turtles be as put off from the 2k12 turtles as they were to the OT or would they be a little more willing to co-operate? It would be an interesting angle to explore.

I honestly want both the OT and 2k3 turtles in a crossover, just to see how everyone would react. OT Raph may say some interesting one-liner, but 2k3 Raph will insult him and have an attitude (like in Turtles Forever), but 2k12 Raph will defend OT Raph by making a great comeback answer to the 2k3 one. That will show them who's boss.
I'd also love to see 2k3 Leo whine and complain about something getting 2k12 Leo annoyed and slapping his face. Maybe 2k12 Raph will be like, "I'd rather here you make lame catchphrases than listen to that guy whine all day." No, wait. This would be funny. 2k12 Leo mentions about Space Heroes, and 2k3 Don says, "What? Perhaps you're referring to Star Trek." Then 2k12 Don says, "No, he's serious. There's a show called Space Heroes.":tlol: 2k3 Don says, "And you let him watch it?" "Technically, he found it on his own," says 2k12 Donnie, "yet I enjoy it, too." Seriously. Don must love Space Heroes. I know it. I think it would be funny if the opposite turtle suddenly bonded with another. For some reason, since Leo comes up with the cheesy catchphrases, I can see him getting along with the OT Raph and his wise-cracking one-liners. 2k12 Don may like the 2k3 Don (no surprise there). 2k12 Mike will definitely enjoy all Mikeys, that's for sure.:tlol: You know how he can be accepting towards others. As for 2k12 Raph, I see him not really wanting to work with any of them, but try to get them or themselves back home. The OT Leo is bound to get along with the 2k12 Leo, but will have to learn a few ways of loosening up a bit. OT Don may even like 2k12 Don, maybe after he gets used to him. But poor 2k3 Leo and Raph may have a problem. |
Stop replying to Alliance, you nuts.

So your motto is "Feed the troll or bust"? C'mon Cubed, you know better than that.
|
I'll admit, the bit with 2012 Leo smacking 2003 Leo was pretty funny.
I'm picturing 2003 Raph asking 2012 Raph why his voice is so high. |
I'm dying for this to happen, I want 2003 Leo to give 2012 Leo some tips in how to be a better leader and how to deal with Karai :)
2012 Leo could really use this advice. |

I think this idea would be cool, but we already are going to have the 2K12 Turtles meet the 80's Turtles. I think that's good enough for now, but I would like to see this in the future if it could be done.

He almost exclusively posts hate for the 4kids series, otherwise I'd be inclined to agree.[/QUOTE]
Ralph is the correct way to say their nickname. Just like the correct way to say Michelangelo's nickname is "Mikey" not "Mickey". |

Anyway, to answer the question: I love the 2k3 show and would love to see them back in any form. Preferentially not as part of the Nick show, but I'd take what I could get. |

Hun: "Turtle. You?"
Bradford/Dogpound: "Dog." Hun: "Boy, we really shouldn't have ever gotten involved with the Shredder." Bradford/Dogpound: "Ain't that the truth." |
So if Alliance is an intentional troll, then why the shell isn't he banned?
|
We've all been asking that question since he started posting in every 4Kids thread....
....that and why he has 4Kids Leo in his signature if he hates the show so much. |
i'd like to see all the turtles meet up as well. that's always a good recipe for a fun movie. if the inevitable happens and they do make this, im kinda intrigued on how the cgi turtles will appear in the toon turtles' dimension(i've actually been thinking about this when i first heard news nick turtles will meet classic turtles). will they be drawn 2D when they crossover to toonland?.. and will the toon turtles have cgi designs when they go visit 2012 NYC? that would be cool. i'd also like them to add the 2007 and 90's movie turtles to the cast just to add to the fun.
*goes back into hiding* :tcouch: |
2003 Leo: I'e been through a lot.
2012 Leo: Man, those mutants.... 2003 Leo: I know. They always keep Growling, snarling, ripping, tearing, terrorizing, and they cant be predicted. 2012 Leo: I mean Dogpound and Fishface, who can talk and work together. 2003 Leo: Like those Bebop and Rockstaedy guys? |

Sadly, it's sorta a repeated cycle. I still remember how fans of OT series were hating on the 2k3 series.
|
I would love to see this happen! It would be interesting to see them interact. I'd add the OT turtles into the mix too.
And, I was wondering about the animating style as well. How will they show the OT turtles in season two? 2D or CGI all the way? |
Honestly I would love this because I never watched the 2k3 episdes

Maybe the 2012 Turtles would think the 2003 Turtles were clones developed by Stockman, perhaps in collusion with Shredder. Then, maybe they start fighting with 2 Raphael's making double the hot headedness. But if that were the case, which Turtle team would win?
