False Alarm: Parasitica to air June 29th
 

According to Wiki, they just recently updated it showing the next episode Parasitica will air on June 29th (Sat morning). Its been a while since we've had a new episode. My 8 year old is getting antsy.

TVGuide.com states June 29th airing is The Alien Agenda.

A friend of a friend of a friend of some homeless guy I met outside the mall who happens to own Nickelodeon said it'll be on tonight.

Ohhhh yah, that guy!! You know him too?

I just met him, but he seemed reliable enough.

Why on Earth are they delaying the season like this only to come back with one episode before the spanning wait to go into season 2? God, this is what killed Thundercats and that show was amazing.

Seriously. This does not make anyone worried? You're not worried that this show is going to die? Forgive me. I'm paranoid right now because you guys make it like it's the end of the world. The show was confirmed to have 3 seasons. Why are we acting like it's going to cancel?

that and the fact that the toy line has like 4 of the top 10 selling toys in Europe (or something like that) and has been a HUGE success, and the movie is coming out. show is no where near any threat of cancellation

That's what I thought. I just get like this everytime something mentions about Thundercats or Young Justice. They are completely different from Nickelodeon shows.

I hope this is true..... It would be awesome to see the new episode in just ten days!

Just keep in mind guys,instead of waiting half a year for a new season we need to wait a month!:D and after this that won't be too bad.

I doubt this is true because I remember hearing there were to be no new eps in June. It would be nice if this were true though.

I will agree that it's nice to have a short turnaround between seasons, but I prefer to have consistent weekly episodes with a break. For example, with Walking Dead (pretty much the only other show I watch on TV right now), There's a long break between seasons, but I completely forget about it for days-to-weeks at a time, which makes the wait less painful. With something like this, where I'm being frequently reminded of the wait and the fact that I don't really know when the wait ends, it makes it feel a little longer. Theory of relativity and all that.

before anyone gets too excited again, Ill remind you all of what was going on last weekend.even while the pulverizer returns rerun aired the tv information still said it was parasitica...
Ill just wait until we get a little preview clip of it again then well know more or less it may air on that following weekend.

Yeah, I think people are jumping to conclusions that the show's going to get cancelled when we already know they've been picked up for two more seasons. Relax, guys. It's going to be okay.

Someone needs to edit this thread title as its false information.

I'm just talking more about the business move behind doing it, but with that said, regardless of the currently ordered seasons, the show can lose steam and confuse casual viewers by not clearly spacing out broadcasts before going into a rerun period.

True, I drew allusions to the Thundercats cancellation, but the point still stands.

that's the thing i'm worried about nick's haitus with tmnt if they keep doing this they might lose viewers than they had when it first premiered

I heard people had been suggesting it would be this weekend in the UK after the hoohah we had with the episode switch/wrong TV guide info being printed, but the UK is listed as getting Pulverizer Returns this Saturday (22nd June).

I've checked that against Nickelodeon.co.uk and The Guardian newspaper website. Hmm...

So, nobody is doing the streaming of Nick UK? Darn it :(

"Parasitica" did indeed air here in the UK this morning!! (22nd June)

Bit of a rarity, us fans in the UK actually getting something before our friends across the pond!!

Good ep, but then I find most of them to be.

There is precedence with cartoons for us occasionally getting something first; the old 1980s "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" cartoon got aired six days before its US premiere here on ITV. Batman: The Animated Series technically got its world premiere in the UK on account of the time difference (it aired here 5 hours before the US!)

Don't get too excited though, UK fans: Next week's episode is "Rise of the Turtles Part 1" so we won't be too far ahead.

As for everyone else, no doubt it'll be loaded up on youtube or something pretty darn quickly...

awesome, congrats to all you people in the UK! It doesn't happen often but today the TMNT fans there have something to brag about :P Soak it in! Hope it airs in the USA soon.
