every part of the trailer was awesome, except I didn't see Karai. I did see April's dad, though.

The money shot was that EPIC Tower exploding with Leo supposedly sacrificing himself! This might go down as one of the greatest Season Finales of any TV Programme. :)

No Season Finally can beat Season 5 of The Clone Wars, but I get the feeling this could come close!

Yea, the Leo part gave me the chills (the whole trailer gave me the chills come to think of it!)

April's dad vs Mikey! Splinter vs Shredder. This finale looks intense. Can't wait for it.

Wow, this looks amazing. The Animation looks top notch and the battles, poor Leo. I have a feeling that will play into the second season for him, I could understand if he'd try and be better leader after this, he wouldn't want the same thing to happen to his brothers after all, could have be freaked a bit too. I'm glad Leo gets a bigger part than I thought, was worried it'd be mostly about Donnie due to the whole April thing. I think Leo will come back and defeat these guys, could be all a trick on his part.

Man am I excited. Wonder how long till season 2?

So, since Kriby will be saved and with the turtles during the finale, what's going to happen with April? Are her and her dad going to live with the turtles? Is she gonna lose her dad again? Will he be mutated? I just think him living with them will ruin Splinter and April's relationship, and her relationship with the turtles over all. He wouldn't let her go on missions with them :ohwell:

If The Kraang are destroyed, why would they need to stay underground?

Late September based on this outgoing Season's premiere, so there should only be a short gap between seasons.

Even though I have yet to see a look at episode #24, this finale looks interesting to perhaps break the summer doldrums that I've had (I've posted quite a bit less on this board over this summer, after being active for almost two years). Roseanne Barr's Kraang Prime voice sounds very authoritative, and I can't wait to see how April gets captured. Who knows if the Kraang are using an Independence Day-style attack, since that mother ship looks very imposing and dangerous!

at the :50 mark I see Traag, so that leaves me wondering where's Leatherhead?

Metalhead scorching some random dude automatically makes it AWESOME in my book. :D

Don't know what will become of Karai, but April kinda covers her spot in the heroes side anyway.

I'll be really disappointed if Karai, Dogpound and Fishface don't play atleast a small role in the finale.

To keep April as a main character? I doubt her dad would be cool with just leaving her in a sewer with a mutated rat and turtles.

I'm actually kinda worried they won't show up much at all. I sure even without them the finale will be sweet, but I really like those 3 so them being in it would be awesome.

Oh well, there's only 1 trailer out right now, so who knows

Maybe Splinter had to get past Dogpound and Fishface to get to Shredder. Who knows?

Seems appealing enough, though it would be more suspenseful if I could have watched all the episodes just before the season finale, so I know how exactly things had built up to those moments in the trailer.

Well one idea I have is that Donnie did not save the real Kriby but robot that is better then any thing show before.

I got the idea for two reason. One is how did the The Kraang get April? I dont see her going top side even after they get Kriby back and The Kraang has no idea where the lair is. The other was why was Mikey fighting Kriby?

I believe they were training together, possibly to prepare for a battle with the Kraang to save April.

I dont think so. We saw some one using Metalhead and you need to use a control for that. So unless Donnie gave him a autopilot. Kriby is the only one I can think of that will use him.

I am curios to see what happens to Leo. The scene had me holding my breath. Kraang Prime, wow. I am just happy to have new episodes again.

They're clearly training together though. It's just a matter of everyone learning that they can be of use in other ways.

I don't really get the feeling Mikey is training Kirby in the trailer. It looks like Kirby genuinely tries to attack him and Mikey avoids it, leading to the scowl. We know the Kraang were experimenting with mind control. Maybe they put a hypnotic suggestion on him and let him be 'rescued' so he'd follow it and bring them his daughter?

Does anyone know the air date for this?

i feel like it is training, he'll probably be rescued in op. break out, and thatll end that episode, then at the beginning of the finale, the turtles will be training kirby to fight so he can try to protect april? scowl on his face, maybe hes frustrated he sucks at fighting? my theory, may be wrong. only time will tell

I found Splinters Statement of "In war to save humanity, you must complete your mission. No matter what or who you have to sacrifice?" :teek: That seems more like something the Mirage Splinter would have said, not the caring and protective father we encounter in rise of the turtles.

Yeah it's understandable that they are in a war, and they do have to complete the mission no matter what particularly since there is more at stake then just their lives. But it still seems hypocritical of Splinter to say that.

If they don't complete their mission, including taking the risk of sacrifice, they would be doomed anyway since The Kraang would transform earth into something only they can live on. So if the turtles complete their mission, even with one of them sacrificing themselves, everything will be alright in the end for Earth. If not, they wouldn't be able to live on earth anyway. So what's more important, the life of one being, or the entire earth and it's population as well? And in the end, we all know that if anyone does sacrifice themselves (it seems like Leonardo does, based on the trailer) they will be fine in the end, for the show's sake. This is a kid's show, after all.
