Well, a TMNT skylanders is pretty tempting but I hate the blindbag approach... I'll give it a try though

Sounds cool...and the figures are nice enough. Depends how much they cost, and if they're required for the game, to see if I get it.

Yeah, pretty expensive. But I have to say, most things are more expensive in the Netherland then in the USA. But I'm willen to pay 18 bucks for a figurine. Just for one time.

Okay it's working now. I got an error earlier.

I don't get why they all have keychains on them... similar products don't have that. Kinda detracts from the look for me.

Sculpts look quite a bit worse than skylanders and disney infinity. the only one I think looks decent is the leo with crossed swords.

I'll still keep an eye on this but unless the game itself ends up looking rather good, i'm passing. that's even assuming the USA gets these.

Very impressive game!

I picked Raphael and got almost enough coins to buy another Turtle.

BUT I'm stucked... On stage 2 (the Krang section) level 8. After beating +/- 6 a 8 robots, the Krang doesn't show up anymore. It loads no more while the level hasn't reach the end. I can walk freely but nothing happens further...

Anyone else got this problem? I really want to play further:-?

I hope it's coming to the U.S...by the way, do you NEED the figures to play it?

WOW You guys in the U.S. still haven't this game? I live in the Netherlands and usually everything what comes here is dropped earlier in the U.S. :ohwell:

But to answer your question; No. You can pick one Turtle in the beginning. You can't change this in the first phase of the game. You can collect silver coins & gold coins in the levels (after defeating enemies). You can buy power-ups like Pizza, Shurikens and Smokebombs with the silver coins and other Turtles can be bought with golden coins, also Splinter & Shredder! But they are very expensive (120 coins) and you need to play very much to collect that amount of coins.

The graphics are really nice and the special moves are very cool!

i saw a bunch of swapz figures at target but i only ever see the power rangers and smurfs, never the turtles.

What do you mean exactly? The figures are currently also unavailable in my country, don't know why. But the app is easy downloadable via Google Play. And like I said, you don't need the figures to play.

But I don't understand what's the function of the Turtles in the costumes (see screenshots above). You can choose one Turtle in costume also in the beginning but it makes no difference for me. Plus I don't like Turtles in costumes, so that's why I have chosen Raphael in the '''natural'' way.

Yeah I saw the app was free in the iTunes store (US) and went to Walmart and saw a Raph figure, but it said "Unavailable"

Would be interested in this for myself and my nephew would love it (though my older brother may faint with all the Turtles merch that's coming out and everything my nephew has so far). But I may check it out, if it's still free and I don't have to purchase a figure. I'd download it now (since it is free) but the two reviews say it keeps crashing when they try to run it.

So maybe they are still working out kinks in the app itself? Anyone play it yet in the US?

I have a PS3 and a Droid and live in the US. I've been ****ed out of 4 TMNT games in the last year.
