Pumpkin Carving
 

I picked a pumpkin up this weekend. I decided to try my hand at carving. Drew a quick design on it, and started carving. I used a saw like tool, and a shun knife (scary sharp knife). Thought it turned out pretty well though. Enjoy.

Really nice! Every time I attempt pumpkin carving it's an epic fail...which is why I just paint them instead :lol:

I'd love to see carvings of the bad guys, especially Kra(a)ng and Shredder. Be wary though not to do it too soon for Halloween due to this week's warm weather since the warmth will caused carved pumpkins to turn mushy sooner. Green die is another option in case you want to paint the Turtles.

Wow, all these carvings are awesome! I know I'd get a real kick out of seeing a TMNT-themed pumpkin carving while I was out taking the little one trick-or-treating. Can't say I'd ever try it myself though, I don't much like carving pumpkins.

Nah, we don't do the pumpkin thing anymore since it's just me as the only kid in the house now. Halloween is just an average day and nothing more in my house. We mostly get candy for ourselves since we don't get trick-or-treaters on our doorstep.

We did a office pumpkin carving contest a couple of years ago and I did a ninja turtle head. I won!
