Should Fishface mutate into Armaggon? (spoilers from acne episode)

Will:

become this...?

It's possible. We might finally get Armaggon in a cartoon.

Allio 11-16-2013 10:17 AM

only if they want to

for all we know Bradford is the only one getting double mutated (heck I wouldn't be surprised if he burned through his mutation returning him to regular dogpound)

Electric 11-16-2013 10:27 AM

The stuff around Armageddon could be from fish faces robotic parts, and I see similarities.

Kinda hope this happens, since seeing the new improved Rahzar go around with the old fish face wouldn't look quite right.

Maybe xever will get jealous of Bradford's new mutation and mutate himself again.

CyberCubed 11-16-2013 10:30 AM

You know I never realized how similar Fishfaces design looks like Armaggon. I know he's a piranha and not a shark...but the similar fins and facial structure make it a close enough match.

And as said, he wouldn't need robot legs anymore.

DarkLightDragon 11-16-2013 10:32 AM

I'm not sure Fishface is meant to be based off a piranha.

Machias Banshee 11-16-2013 10:43 AM

Ohh, that would be so great.

((He's actually based off of a snakehead fish, but I'd love to see him as a shark...))

Fishface 2.0 would be fun... Not to mention a really neat character design challenge for the fan works section...

Powder 11-16-2013 10:45 AM

Maybe it'd be a bit too predictable move given many have developed this theory already, but I'd be totally for it. I can't imagine how freakin' cool his design would be!

It sure would be a hell of a lot better than just bringing in that generic shark mutant from the rejected character art we saw.

Also Fishface and Karai commented on his robot legs in the episode, Armaggon as a mutation would be the perfect fix to it. I don't think Fishface will like being a standard mutant when he sees how much better Dogpound is now.

Coola Yagami 11-16-2013 10:49 AM

Or he might be like the Roach and have the robot legs fuse with his body. Shark mutant with metallic legs and possibly metallic claws and teeth? Like techno-organic. Awesomesauce.

CyberCubed 11-16-2013 10:50 AM

We need to see this happen in the show:

I could do without the little fairies though. Or the future bs.

It's all relative. Fishface may want a second mutation just so he doesn't have to rely on machines anymore. He was already 'better' than Dogpound since he never lost his fighting style. Dogpound was the one that went from ninja to dumb muscle.

Well if he's Xever he obviously won't be from the future anymore. Just like Rahzar now wasn't mutated from a wolf but was a man.

http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...ps81afddeb.png

Xever would be strong enough to turn on Shredder possibly.

j56 11-16-2013 11:04 AM

I don't think we'll see Fishface mutate again. I think Donny will cure him (it's what he wants, and the show's already made clear that he's a lot more sympathetic than Bradford, since Xever was pretty much pressed into Shredder's service), he'll turn on Shredder, and Rahzar will team up with Slash (who might mutate into Tokkah).

Garfield 11-16-2013 11:05 AM

I would rather not.

Personally I would have the "Our original characters end up becoming TMNT character's from other source material" thing done at a minimum.

That kind of thing is only cool if its a rarity. If they do it incessantly, than to me it comes off like they have no faith in the original characters that they create.

Slash might just be Slash/Tokka. There's no reason for a turtle to mutate into another turtle.

Maybe they'll call him both Slash and Tokka....but his original name was Spike.

AnarkyLantern 11-16-2013 11:23 AM

It doesn't seem to be where Xever's path is headed. I think we'll see Tokka/slash as Razer's new partner.

Nah shredder is bringing Tiger Claw in.

LH 11-16-2013 01:56 PM

That would be pretty awesome! Though, I wonder what would happen if Rahzar got doused with retro mutagen... Would he become Bradford or Dogpound?

Venom 11-16-2013 02:00 PM

If Armaggon ever shows up, he should be Armaggon - a mysterious shark-man from the future who wants to RUEL ZE WAHLD!

What rejected character art?

Or Bradpound?

BabyTurtles 11-16-2013 02:28 PM

ehhh.....Fishface is pretty good already.

besides one secondary mutation for Shredder's henchmen is enough XD

Coola Yagami 11-16-2013 04:18 PM

My gf brought up a good point when I told her about the episode. How is Karai going to explain Super Bradford to Shredder? She was supposed to stay put til his return.

If Bradford is insanely useful he'll let it slide. He keeps whatever he thinks could benefit him greatly.

No he told her not to go after the Turtles he said nothing about going after Stockman.

miru 11-17-2013 08:27 PM

Furthermore, could this mean Chong undergoes a second mutation into Scumbug?

An interesting thought! That would be really really cool, I think.

CyberCubed 11-17-2013 09:11 PM

Also Snakeweed should mutate into Scale Tail (hence snake in his name), Pigeon Pete will mutate into Ace Duck, Spiderbitez will mutate into Toxeem, and the Rockwell monkey shall become Sergent Bananas.

This is starting to feel like Pokemon, with the mutants going to their evolved forms.

Dogpound evolved into Rahzar!

Dogpound evolved into Rahzar!

And maybe one of the wasp monsters survived and becomes Killer Bee or perhaps Quarry.

AT-Man 11-17-2013 09:57 PM

It kinda makes sense that Mike would come up with the name Rahzar because of his razorlike claws, but how about Armaggon?

Well Armaggon is based on Armageddon. Pretty easy to come up with if he's devastating in battle.

I thought the same thing. I could see him returning to Dogpound and then periodically dousing himself with ooze for battle.

Actually I think this would be pretty awesome. I mean, what else will they do with 63 mutagen canisters?

Actually he named Bradford Rahzar because he kept roaring. I think the quote was something like "Rah yourself...Rahzar!"

PApagreg 11-18-2013 06:23 PM

As long as Xever can do those badass caporia kicks then I'm good but I still prefer him as a human

TheMasterTurtle 11-18-2013 09:12 PM

Am I the only one who is disappointed in the multiple mutation idea? It just kind of bothers me and I can't pin point why

Electric 11-18-2013 09:42 PM

rahzar came frome bradfords "rawhr" and then mikey proceeding to call him a razor faced dog.

rah+razor=rahzar

and i kinda hope the armaggon thing happens, and as to mikey naming him, xever already lost his legs, so if this version of armaggon has mechanical arms from the mutation, mikey could throw in an "arm" joke somewhere and get to it

CyberCubed 12-02-2013 08:07 PM

I hope to god this happens.

I kinda like it to be a rare event, kinda like to answer the question, what happens if a mutant fell into more Mutagen? Unless Karai starts to purposesly mutate her troops, we really don't need to see double-mutations happen all too often.

Yeah, me too. Rahzar was a nice surprise but after a while double mutations would start feeling like a cheap throwaway gag. Besides, I doubt Xever would be thrilled to become that other mutated fish form. He outright stated in the acne episode that he wanted to be able to 'live like a man, love like a man.' That's a bit uh hard to do when you look like a fish.

This is what I think too. Xever's a ton more interesting this way, and for all we know he might even become a loose ally if they demutate him. That would be neat.
