Possible new villain for TMNT
 

I don't have a pic for this.

However at the book launch for "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Ultimate Visual History" at the Cartoon Art Museum. There was one wall that had concept art for various characters. Most of these characters are ones we know of such as Leatherhead, Ratking, BaxterFly, Casey Jones, ect... But there was one I haven't seen before known as "Creep". I'm sorry I don't have a picture, but it's likely we will hear more about this character come Comic Con next month.

But what I can say about it is a new villain from the looks of things. And the only way I can describe this villain his it looks like an 8-9 foot tall humanoid pile of fertalizer.

Camera has a dying battery so I left it at home.

And believe you me, I did try looking for the same concept art online. As it hasn't been posted, I don't want to be sited for leaking an image that is not meant to be seen yet. But like I said, we should begin to know more about this character once Comic con rolls around.

Charming. Dare I ask why it's called "Creep"?

I don't really know, aside from the fact the thing looks ungodly. But it's likely it's another plant based villain of some sort. Maybe a cross between crap and reaper.

Mikey must have run out of ideas naming that.

Hah. Now I'm curious.

I thought muck man myself at first. But it's more like a walking pile of soil or fertilizer wearing overalls. He isn't hunched over like Muck man is, and he is at least two feet taller then Donnie.

There's a new guy in the next episode who gets his body switched with a pigeon during a KRaang operation. It's the Raphael switching with a Kraang one.

Now I don't know what everyone else thinks, but I've never seen that guy before. Or at least, I don't think it's a background generic. And I can't see why they would create a brand new (human) guy for one episode, when they've got all the generics that would've served that purpose perfectly.

Maybe this guy is meant for grime-ier prospects.

Hmm, I wonder if it's going to be a separate character from Snakeweed. I imagine he'll come into play somehow since this thing is a walking pile of fertilizer. We haven't seen him for ages, so hopefully he'll fit into a story or two regarding this guy. Or yeah, I suppose he could be double mutated Snakeweed. Hoping it's a separate character though. Neat. I actually have a few Unused Nick concept art pics I found off tumblr. I'll look through them.

Come to think of it, interesting point... The guys rescued those people in that one episode that Snakeweed was supposedly going to be using as fertilizer.

Either that or Snakeweed has started decomposing... lol

Maybe! There's a black & white anthropomorphic cat on something hanging at the mag stand... I do recall there being one scratching Mikey's shell in season one. Perhaps it will be mutated?

Ugh, 'Creep' just sounds like another one of those lame MOTW guys that folks are getting sick of. The whole concept just sounds awful.

One thing I can sort of share is an image I found in the TMNT: The Ultimate visual history.

It's a concept art image of what sort of changes the Turtles are going to undergo once they evacuate the city and are forced to live in the woods.

According to the concept art it says the Turtles would be undergoing a vision quest that would encourage them to forge new weapons for themselves and also confront their deepest fears. They are also going to have connection to an element.

It's not going to be like the Turtles are suddenly going to get the ability to bend elements, sorry Avatar fans.

Each of the turtles has taken to wear a hood or cloak of some sort. Except for Mikey who has taken to wearing a bandanna that covers the upper portion of his face alla the Turtle Tots from 2k3.

Raph is connected with fire, and seems to have a tube that shoots fire that comes out from the wrappings around his wrist. His mask looks like it covers his head much like Mikey's does. However it hangs down the sides of his face like Wolverine's mask does. His new weapons are a Tagaki, which are a set of hand held Wolverine type claws.

Leo is connected with wind. His mask is normal, but in he has a cloak that hoods over his head and wraps around his upper body. Unlike his brothers he still carries his trademark weapons, his swords. However instead of carrying them holstered on the back if his shell. He carries them at his side like a Samurai carries his swords. He also is armed with a bo and arrow.

Donnie and Mikey seem to be both connected the element of Earth. As they both have corollary elements.

Then again in Asia the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, & Water are depicted as Fire, Wood, Metal, Earth, Water.

Wood at times being connected to wind.

Donnie is connected to the Mountains which could indicate a connection to the element of earth, or the element of metal. We wears a hooded cloak like he is in the story board. Donnie no longer has his eye mask but he wears a skull like mask that is similar to Casey Jones mask, except his is made of stone. He also has white stripes painted on his arms, legs and possibly his body, as a type of camouflage. Donne also welds a hammer and an Ono Ax.

Mikey is connected to forest so by that regard he is connected to the element of wood. He has a mask that covers the whole top of his head, he also has leafy green camouflage on his face. Unlike his brothers he doesn't have a cloak or a hood, but sode (spalders) teko (gauntlet) and Kogake (Sabatons) that look as though they are made from tree bark. He also no longer carries his Nunchucks but Kama sickles.

Well this should be interesting if they use it. :o

Curious about that Casey-like mask given their rivalry. Good boy, Leo, don't leave the blades behind.

That's cool. I like the serious tone those drawings give off. They don't feel like their trying too hard to be 'edgy' or anything like that.

You know who made them do that? In the OT, Creepy Eddie, a parody of Freddy Kreuger. Who was Freddy played by? Robert Englund, who is voicing a role in season 3. Who? CREEP, I BET.

Ooooh, I hope they use those alternate costumes in the actual show, because they look SICK! I'd love to have figures of them. :)

Also, if through some twist of fate, the villain IS a rebooted Creepy Eddie with Freddy's actual voice but none of the obvious NoES influence, I want to see Paul Reubens return to voice THE OGG, an intergalactic parasite that deafens you and causes reality to start collapsing. :lol:

I don't know if it is Creepy Eddie specifically as he is an obscure character even for the OT. But it may be someone inspired by that character.

Since the Turtles are going to be having vision quests, I think it will be like Fungus Humongous, but more psychological. I know the Nick show doesn't really like entertaining the notion of multipart episodes, but if the Turtles are taking vision quests. They are going to need to go to different locations and learn to survive on their own.

Without Splinter and with out their brothers.

So a good way to do this is have one episode focused on Leo and his journey. Then next weeks episode will focus on Donnie, then Raph, Then Mikey. And creep could be an entity that appears and tries to get them to fail on their journeys. Cause them to doubt themselves and drive them towards their demise.

I think we're definitely on the right track though - odds are they'll probably do their own version of the character, like the way they revamped The Rat King.

in a way, seems like they r mixing in parts from the tribunal eps considering how in those eps, each fang of the dragon king weapon had some sort of element mixed in w/ it

This is just awesome! I can't wait for the turtles to leave New York!

The fact that the show is changing up like this makes me so excited for seaoson 3.

With the creep, "episode 301" so that means the finale of this season will have the turtles fleeing. Also really want to know how he got Casey's mask

The Creep's Non-Masked face reminds me of an updated Muckman. In fact, I'd be very surprised if Mikey didn't refer to him as 'Muckman' at some point.

season 3 might involve casey disappearing somehow
