Hello Technodrome..

...I'm new around here but an old school Turtles fan! ( I like the movies and what I've seen of the new Nick series but my heart lies with the original series because well, that's what I grew up on and I have great memories of watching the series together with friends and playing with the figures )

Looking forward to being a part of the community! :tsmile:

Oh, a question right off the bat; I'm gonna re-watch the original series. Does the Technodrome formus have episode discussion threads?

Hi there. Good to have you.
To answer your question, yes we do have a thread that discusses the 1987 TMNT cartoon.
Look for a thread called TMNT (1987 cartoon) Talk back Thread Collection in the General TMNT Discussion topics in this forum.
I'd post a link, but it's a bit difficult for me to do that on my phone. :I

Thanks DarkFell, I'll go have a look :tsmile:

The idea was really that, as I go through the series perhaps I'd like to vent my thoughts etc and it would be great if there's already episode threads to do that in :tsmile:

Have a blast. Those threads and episodes can a lot of fun.

Hi Blindfaith, its the original cartoon that made me the mega fan I am today as well. Glad of you to join us here. What inspired your username and is Donatello your favorite turtle?
Look in the general section and a stickied thread has a list of episodes hyper-linked of those that have discussion threads. If one per-exisit that you want to discuss just go to the link and bump it up I will join you in discussion on whatever episode. If it does not exist yet go ahead and create a new thread for the episode.

Here is the thread in question.

Found it...it's right there as a sticky. Just didn't know what talk back meant, do'h me :ohwell:

Yes, It's gonna be a blast watching the old episodes again. When I was a kid I just watched em whenever they happened to be on and I happened to be inside watching TV hehe..So there's a lot of episodes that will be new to me too :tsmile:

MikeandRaph87 thanks for the welcome! Definitely. Him and Leonardo. Leonardo when I was a kid but I think Donatello over time has won me over :tsmile:

Not a problem. I would like to see a list of your top of faves and least faves episodes somewhere on this forum of the 1987 cartoon. I guess between the two of us we got all four turtles covered.:P

Haha yes. I like ALL four turtles make no mistake about that :tsmile: but I guess I have a disposition for those calm and contemplative types, maybe I've always seen myself more in them.

Ahh, I''ve got 10 seasons ahead of me, it's gonna be awhile! but yes, I'll try :tsmile: And I'll definitely be active in the talk back threads.

Welcome to the Technodrome Forums! :)

Thanks Gin!

Hey, welcome & greetings from Germany !! :D

Welcome!

Enjoy yourself here...

Hi and welcome! Glad to meet you. Cool that you like the Nick show. And I agree, the old show and figs made up my best childhood memories. That show totally defined the best years of grade school, for me anyway. I'm glad they finally released the whole show on disc. Anyway, take care, and see ya around the forums.

Hey there - always great to have fresh blood; look forward to seeing you in the forums. :tsmile:

Thanks all! :tsmile:

Welcome to the Drome. :tsmile:

Welcome to the drome.

Welcome aboard! Hope you enjoy it here!

Thanks guys! :tsmile: I'm probably most active in the Talk Back thread for a while, but I'm sure I'll be in more threads soon!

Ah good memories. When I grow up I'm never going to forget TMNT I'll pass it down to my kids and even watch it with them. I'm even thinking about naming one of my kids after a tmnt character!
I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to discuss on here than just the nick series. You could probably find some if you search through the posts.
Anyways welcome, sorry this is kinda long xD and see you around! :)

Hello BlindFaith.

Howdy fellow noob! Hope to see you around. :)
