Were you expecting some cute girl?

Too bad it's just me, Kraang Sub-Prime!

AKA one of the best characters in the series.

Irma fan tears are delicious. Mmm.

Amaranthus 05-11-2015 12:23 PM

I don't know what you're talking about. Sub-Prime is adorable.

plastroncafe 05-11-2015 12:24 PM

And totally a girl.

He could be trans for all we know. Explains his disguise.

What about him is adorable? His scars? His cybernetics? His voice?

Totally the voice. I mean that's so soothing it could cure a migraine.

Eh, I found Irma's personality a little annoying to be honest, but I had looked forward to that hopefully easing up a little once she was in on the secret... so, a little disappointed that didn't get to happen. But very good twist on Nick's part.

I do love in a semi-recent episode (the rocket one?) how the Irma body flies away headless in one part. :tlol:

That'd be hilarious.

Supposedly the Kraang are genderless though, right?

Honestly? No idea.
Though it would be kind of awesome for the creators to flip the script that way.
Not holding my breath, but it would be awesome.

Raph- "Get this guy offa me!"

KSP- "Who you callin' a "guy", freak?! I was Miss Dimension X for 4000 consecutive years!"

(Cut to KSP all made up & purdy)

Mikey- "Whoa."

Now I wanna draw this, hahaha.

CyberCubed 05-11-2015 02:10 PM

I'm honestly surprised they killed him off. When he came back during Season 3 I thought he would stick around for a while, but they killed him again and this time seemed to be permanent.

At least Kraang Prime aka the True Krang hasn't been defeated yet and will likely be seen again.

Draw it, Powder. You know you want to.

Nah, I think Xever's voice is sexier than that.

I hated the Irma is a Kraang twist, but I now like Kraang Sub-Prime. Now if we may, let's look at the evidence that Irma may come back. Brandon Auman said at a convention that Irma may "pop up" later. There is also the milk carton that flies past really quick in "The Noxious Avenger" episode, who has a picture on it that may be Irma. Personally I think if she was going to come back, it would have happened by now. I could however imagine the writers changing their mind and bringing Irma back to the show in season 4. Just my two cents on this subject, and great Kraang-Subprime gif original poster.

BubblyShell22 06-06-2015 07:22 AM

I didn't notice the milk carton thing, but that's cool. Actually, Irma did pop back up in Battle for New York, so I figured that's what Brandon was talking about.

IndigoErth 06-06-2015 01:18 PM

Alright, ya got me curious. May have found the milk carton at about 16:54 in the video available at Nick's site, but their videos play too laggy for me and can't get it to stop at a point to see it good enough. (And for some reason trying to move it back a notch keeps making it skip forward to the next break.)

Amaranthus 06-06-2015 01:24 PM

Could someone give me a screenshot of that milk carton?

IndigoErth 06-06-2015 01:38 PM

Was trying to, but too laggy.

Found this though:

Ehhh? Lots of room for interpretation I guess...

Have my doubts, looks like some light haired girl. Some comment somewhere online said they saw glasses, peronally I just see big eyes and sad eyebrows.

Yeah, that's not Irma.

BubblyShell22 06-06-2015 03:06 PM

Could that be April's mom? I know someone said they saw her face on a milk carton in I, Monster.

Aaronardo 06-08-2015 08:22 AM

Nah, that's probably one of those common extras from throughout the series. We get a good closeup of her face in the Season 1 finale when the Kraang begin abducting people, if you're wondering which extra in particular.

MaximeLoonatic 06-09-2015 07:27 PM

Ok, I was kinda afraid to start writing about my opinion about Irma for my past post but... Here I go!

I do and still belive that Irma was human on season 1. Think about the image of her cameo on April's cellphone, it's from her official character desing page; plus, that call happened before the Kraang targeted April on Roosevelt High by the Genoma project, how could she be a robot by then?

I do really hope they bring Irma back on the next season

Irma didnt show up till season 2

BubblyShell22 06-17-2015 07:31 AM

Correct, but she did show up as a call on April's phone. At the time, people just thought it was a reference until she appeared in season 2. But it could be possible that the Kraang kidnapped her in season 2 and replaced her with KSP. But if that's the case and April gets vibes whenever she's around the Kraang, it really begs the question of why she never suspected that something was "off" with Irma.

ShelleyQuick 06-17-2015 08:20 AM

Here's a screen shot of the milk carton up close I posted on my Tumblr page.

Definitely is not Irma.

I kinda really like KSP I thought he/she/it/them(don't know) was pretty awesome.

I think it's because the writers find it easier to have April's powers activate only when it's convenient for the story. As for the missing person, it's obviously Kafei! *shot*

BubblyShell22 06-17-2015 03:22 PM

Yes, that's what I'm thinking too, but it still seems weird that she has these powers that get more advanced as the show progresses yet she never even had any vibes or anything around Irma. So, yeah, doesn't make sense. But I'm glad the Kraang are gone for now because I really don't like April's powers.
